Really great breakfast/lunch diner! Excellent selection of traditional breakfasts as well as very authentic southwestern green and red chile dishes. Ate there two mornings in a row since it is right by the Parker hotel, had two different servers and both were terrific – friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is comfortable, not too cramped and not too noisy even though it was busy. We’ll be back!

Let me start with we love Dougs Diner in Parker. The food here is really good, the price’s are reasonable, and the people are very nice. With that said we are regular customers (4x per month) and the last few months we have noticed the quality has not been up to par. We have ordered several takeout orders, which lack normal portions or contain food that is quite frankly just not fresh. For example, we ordered a pop which is $3.50 and it was only filled about 3/4 full (their to-go cups are also about 1/2 the size they used to be); we ordered a salad which contained multiple pieces of lettuce that were bad/slimy; we ordered a side of fries which came with maybe 10 fries; we’ve ordered sandwiches which are inconsistent (sometimes missing or lacking ingredients). Unfortunately, this has been a trend with our last several takeout orders. We love supporting local businesses and have been a huge supporter of this business, but have been frustrated with the lack of quality and consistency. They have great food, but execution needs some work…

Doug’s Diner does not disappoint. This is an open concept space with lots of seating, including a coffee bar if you are so inclined. While very busy, we had no problem getting a table for 2. The food was quick, plentiful and you will not leave hungry. But perhaps the best part of our visit is getting to know the staff. We were attended to by a delightful woman with a heavy southern drawl. I asked her what part of Canada she is from, and without skipping a beat, she answered ” I’m from the deep South of Canada!” This led to a fun conversation about her journey from Mississippi to the Denver metro. We made a new friend simply because we inquired about her. People love to be seen and heard, and to know they matter. So…next time you are hungry for a satisfying breakfast…Doug’s should be your choice. #LiveRemarkably

My husband has a serious peanut/tree nut allergy and we feel quite safe coming back to Doug’s. Our server today, Kelly, was fantastic and made sure to note on our order about his allergy which we always appreciate. Our belated Valentine’s Day brunch was delicious and the portions were HUGE so we’ve got some for later. I’m a huge fan of the gravy here and my husband keeps bringing up the homemade strawberry jam. We’ll be back soon I’m sure!

I have had a lot of Corned Beef hash for breakfast…. but I just had the best one I have ever had. If you are in Colorado… stop at Doug’s Diner in Parker. The best part is that they are opening one in Elizabeth and if the food is the same… my gosh it is going to be great!!! Our server Karson was incredible too

Enjoyed a nice group lunch today at Doug’s. Tara was excellent across the board, and my “Legend” burger definitely lived up to its name! Go try for yourself.

Big fan of Doug’s Dinner. Great breakfast spot and reasonable prices, and large portions! Tons of different options and flavor combination. The thick cut bacon is amazing and the homemade rasberry jelly is exceptional.

It was good — solid breakfast vibes. Three-egg-white omelet and hot tea ran me $20+, so yes, a little pricy… but they proudly boast about homemade ingredients, so I guess I was paying for the love in the eggs.

Worth it if you’re craving quality over bargain hunting. ☕

Their green chili is my favorite thing. So much flavor!! The cinnamon roll is amazing, and they have the friendliest wait staff. I love this place. Have yet to have a breakfast meal I haven’t loved.

Decent little diner in Parker. The waitress assigned to my table was busy with a big party so another took my table for her and she was super sweet! I had the French toast which was really good, the green chili turkey sausage was tough and dry but had good flavor, and there was a .50 up charge on the eggs (assuming from the egg shortage). Overall, not too bad of an experience. My waitress even sent me out the door with an extra coffee to go.
