Finally tried Dough Silverlake for the first time last night and so glad that I did! Delicious cocktails, probably one of the best Margherita pies I’ve had and the pasta was so tasty!
The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was very friendly and the manager Mario is golden. What an absolute sweetheart! He gave us amazing recommendations, checked on us often and even flagged down a parking spot for one of us. He went above and beyond, not only for us but for all of his guests. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to get back!

Unimpressed by the food wait times and the quality of the gluten free crust. I have been here twice on a Friday evening when it was fairly quiet around 4pm, and both times I ordered regular chicken Parmesan with gluten free pizza. Both times also, the GF pizza would come out first whilst the chicken Parmesan wouldn’t for another 10 mins or so. I forgot the exact time but I am a slow eater and had gotten through 3/4 my pizza before the chicken Parmesan arrived. They really need to time the delivery of the food better. I would understand if it was just but both the times I had gone I was one of 3 tables max.
In terms of the GF crust- good intentions in terms of how thin it is but they need to prevent the texture of it. It was completely hard like a cracker and did not taste like a pizza crust all. Also lacked seasoning. If you’re familiar with BarDough (Manhattan) or Patrizias (SI), it’s similar to theirs but they weren’t able to deliver the correct texture or flavor like those aforementioned places were.
5 stars for customer service and decor: all employees were incredibly hospitable, patient, attentive and welcoming throughout the experience. They make you feel very appreciated and do their best to ensure you had a good experience. The restaurant itself is also very pretty, modern and clean, with a beautiful bar with outdoor space in front. It is a local spot for me so I was really hoping I’d enjoy it more.

Great pizza place with delicious cocktails and a cozy outdoor seating area. The pizza is always fresh and flavorful, and the outdoor spots make it perfect for relaxing with friends. Service is friendly and the drinks are amazing. Definitely a place I love coming back to!

Had a really cute girls day out at this Italian spot! The food is delicious, fresh, flavorful, and made with so much love. The “Purple Rain” pizza, which was recommended to us was so good we wish we got it in a large. The service was top notch, and the warm dog friendly atmosphere makes it even better (our pup was treated like family & was even served water first ). Big shoutout to Mario, the manager, he runs the place with charm and care. Can’t wait to come back with the girls & pups for happy hour!

I went about a week ago with my partner and child and it was a great experience. He had previously visited another location and it was my first time ever trying out Dough. The personal pizzas are the perfect size and the dough (hence the name) was just perfection. We tried the margarita, regular pepperoni, and the fried calamari appetizer and the portions were perfect! The servers were very attentive and the ambiance was nice for a late afternoon dinner. I want to definitely come back for drinks and the bar looked amazing! This is a nice place to come to after work for aperitivo or dinner!

The best espresso martini I have ever had by for. Went back two nights in a row with different bartenders and it stayed consistent. All pizza we had there (and everything else) was absolutely delicious but the vodka pie was to die for. Service was fantastic and the owner shook all of our hands on our way out and remembered us the next day when we came in. I’m sad I don’t live in Staten Island to be able to go back whenever I want.

Our school recently had a dine-out at Dough, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The highlight of the evening was definitely the food—especially the pizza and rice balls, which were absolutely delicious. My family ordered 2 pies, 1 margarita with chicken cutlet and a vodka with meatball and sausage. They started eating before I could see or take pictures, but the chicken cutlet was LAUGHABLE with maybe 1 paper thin 1 inch strip of chicken on each slice. EVERY piece of chicken was burnt to a crisp. You can see in the pictures. The vodka pie had a crust that was 2 inches thick before the cheese or sauce started. Not to mention how soggy it was. I dont know what happened but this is the WORST pizza I’ve ever had.
