Tried Domino’s today since Pizza Hut was out of some ingredients that we wanted. I have to tell you it was simply awful. The order process online was a disaster and took forever just spinning for minutes on end. We ordered 2 large pizzas 2 orders of chicken wings 16 pieces and 2 mac and cheese. Can to 98 bucks with delivery fee. When the order arrived everything was already cold and it look like the delivery guy shook the pizza inside the box. Pizza was everywhere inside the box. It had even had time to cool down so much that all the slices were stuck together. Keep your free pizza and after reading all the reviews I see why Domino’s is done as a franchise. Especially this location. Someone from corporate needs to investigate this team and make changes. For me I’ll stick to Jim’s Pizza and Pizza Hut. Extremely disappointed . The one bright spot was the wings were tasty even on the cooler temps.

I’ve been ordering from this place for over five years, and unfortunately, over the past six months the delivery service has gone downhill. The pizza often arrives cold, sometimes without napkins, and the last few orders were delivered up to an hour and a half after being placed. This has happened on regular days, with no special events, both during the week and outside of weekends.
I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the service, as I’ve always enjoyed ordering from here.

Professionalism goes a LONG way!!
To brush off a paying customer that calls and provides feedback about having their pizzas left outside on the step in the cold is unacceptable! The fact you think it’s ok to leave people’s food outside on the ground and not even attempt to ring the doorbell or knock is beyond comprehension. Never again!! I’d rather eat from your competitors that care about their customers!

Quality and service has been on a steady decline. Waited for 5 minutes in the empty lobby with no acknowledgment. Of the 2 pizzas I ordered, 1 had wrong toppings and other was full of bubbles and cut with zero care at all. It’s not hard to train someone to dock the dough properly and cut it some what close to even pieces. I don’t understand how food prices increase but employee accountability continues to decrease. Spending $40-$50 on two pies that were literally thrown together is something I will do no longer. I wish the operator, Mona Lisa LLC, would address some of these because I would like to remain a customer.

On Sept 02, 2023, I had ordered ‘2 Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches along with other items(order#1157) but I was surprised to find that there was not chicken in either of two sandwiches; it was NIL. There were just bread with cheese on them. I showed to the sales-person in store but rather than being apologetic, he started to argue with me. He forgot to add chicken and simply placed into oven and now he is NOT realizing his mistake. This place is pathetic and staff are absent minded. Refrain ordering pizza from this place if you don’t want to ruin your taste.

I ordered a small extra cheese but it came dry, cool not warm. It tasted terrible. This is my second order, won’t be ordering anymore. Delivery guy called sitting at office and didn’t want to bring up my order. Waste of my money.

This is my absolute favorite pizza place! It is super clean inside (yes, you can see the kitchen)! The employees are always nice, and they appear to be very committed to their low paying jobs. Everyone has a bad day, sometimes – life is full of ups and downs – but, this Dominoes always brightens my day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (these brownies were fantastic and warm )

Everytime I personally enter this establishment the service is exceptional the ppl are super nice, however there’s been previous issues with my orders. Missing items, toppings, small inconveniences. I’ve worked in restaurants so I too often understand the little things that can go wrong in the kitchen. This weekend my niece and nephew were visiting, two peculiar lil things they like spinach pizza and tonsss of sauce. I sent them a message saying like hey if you could please put extra for the kiddos we’d appreciate it. And honestly best pizza from this dominos we’ve had. The delivery guy, Zackary was a sweet kid. Fast and ahead of time took maybe 20 minutes. They worked hard, and the kiddos loved it!

So I went to this place that was near me and I was craving some pizza. The experience there was very good. The cashier was super kind to me. She was definitely determined to give great service, and she was hardworking.
