Each one is made by Chef Angel, who’s been handcrafting pizzas in NY & CA since 2011. All of our pizzas are made by hand, with the freshest ingredients available. Our handmade dough and rustic tomato sauce are made with organic ingredients. We shop the Vallejo Farmers Market every Saturday for our micro greens, oyster mushrooms, peppers and onions. We also offering catering any day with delivery included to anywhere in Solano County. Just give us 48 hours and we can even include a salad. My girlfriend went on and on about how great this new pizza spot that she found in Vallejo and recommended that I try. Today I decided to order from Dough Bottega, One pepperoni, aloha, and artichoke spinach. I placed my order for 3 PM sharp, And sharp it was. I pulled up and Jennifer was walking down the hill with my pizzas. She introduced herself handed me some cookies of appreciation. Jennifer was absolutely lovely and so sweet. I took the pepperoni pizza put it in the front seat, the other two in the backseat and I drove off. At the stop sign I pulled out one slice of Pepperoni pizza and proceeded to devour the entire Pizza in 16 minutes and that’s how long it took me to get home to Green Valley. This pizza has the perfect crisp the perfect Amount of cheese, the perfect amount of sauce and I am officially a fan. Anyone that lives in the Solano County area should absolutely give this Small business I try you will not be disappointed I promise!

The best pizza in Vallejo. Up there with the best in Napa. x between NY and Italy – w burata. Margerhita is not authentic and I would prefer Sn Marzno with fresh mozz and no arugala, but its still excellent. Wish they had a spot downtown rather then needing to deliver or pick up at a residential property.

We used Dough Bottega to cater a party we had. They delivered 16+ steaming hot delicious pizzas to our doorstep on time. They offered to provide, plates, napkins and even left the warming bags over night to keep the pizzas hot for our guest. Clear communication, punctuality and delicious food. We will be back!
