I am absolutely elated and was very surprised today. I was blessed with a free buffet coupon by a very polite gentleman while visiting Target. He approached me and said Merry Christmas on 12/21. I decided to treat my wonderful friend Otis to a buffet and we enjoyed it. Also, the gentleman who gave me a coupon was there as humble, kind and serving his guests with joy and happened to be Todd Lacy! I have never witnessed this type of service only in the movies. It’s nice to know that good men still exists!
The salad, and chicken and spinach stromboli was excellent. I had a slice of pepperoni and it was flavorful and very good. I definitely plan to return soon

We had a fantastic dining experience at DoubleDave’s Pizzaworks! The all-you-can-eat buffet is a great value at just $12.99 and is available every day from 11am–2pm and again from 5pm–8pm. Perfect for families or anyone craving a great meal without breaking the bank.
As vegetarians, we were so pleased to find fresh vegetarian pizza options, a fully stocked salad bar, and even delicious Stromboli included in the buffet. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted homemade and flavorful.
What really stood out was the thoughtful service — the manager noticed we were vegetarian and personally came to our table to bring us a fresh veggie pizza and later Strawberry Fields dessert. That kind gesture truly made our visit feel special.
Drinks are fairly priced, and they even offer a free pint of Real Ale Texas Light during buffet hours and happy hour (3–6pm). It’s also family-friendly, with kids 5 and under eating free and only $4.99 for ages 6–11.
Plus, they host fun weekly events like trivia on Mondays, open mic on Wednesdays, and live music on Fridays — making this more than just a meal, it’s a great community spot.

Was the best expirence I’ve had at a restaurant in years. Lately going out to eat has just not been it. My mother was craving the pepperoni rolls so we decided to go out for once. Every single employee we encountered today was amazing, kind, attentive. The food out was fresh, the areas were clean. The atmosphere was very nice. I have nothing put positive things to say about my experience today. We went for the buffet, and you were even able to ask them to make certain items on the menu if it wasn’t out on the buffet. I will definitely become a regular here. I had such a positive expirence I can’t wait to go back.

This was our first time ordering DD in Missouri City, however I have stopped by during normal business hours for business purposes. It’s nice to see the senior bridge club members meet here in the mornings. I have seen it during busy times and watched them attend to customers. We eat a LOT of pizza on our home and have been bored with chain store pizza. This was why we wanted to try DD. Have to say, it did not disappoint! Loved the deep dish crust, hand tossed crust and the pepperoni rolls. The ingredients taste fresh, the pizza was made to order and my family truly enjoyed the meal.
I placed our order online for a later pick up within 2 hours and it was ready within about 10 minutes of the scheduled pick up time.
This is a family friendly environment, friendly and well kept. We will definitely be back!

Tonight was my first visit to this location. We came to celebrate my daughter in love’s birthday. The staff was friendly and helpful. We all had the Buffet and all our favorite pizzas were out, hot and ready for us to enjoy. We had a few special requests that were handled quickly and with lots of smiles. We even had a s’mores pizza as a birthday dessert!! There is also a salad bar and video games. Go check them out! You’ll be glad you did!

This local, family-owned pizza shop is fantastic! The fresh pizza buffet was amazing, and their pizza is truly next-level. The limited-time Frito pie pizza was incredible — I hope it becomes a permanent menu item! Tons of draft beer options, great vibes, and TVs to catch all the games. First time here for my husband and I , we wanted to try something different. We had seen that the rating was high so we tried this place. Walk in and went to the counter and said “this is our first time here, we would like to order two buffets. We asked the guy if he can make a meat lovers pizza and he said rudely we only got these pizza on the wall that we make.Never came close to showing us what varieties they had. So we just walked off and just went to serve whatever they had up on the line. We would ask what kind of pizza was certain ones and it seemed to be a problem asking. They had a salad bar also, we sat down and halfway finishing eating we see to the side and there was another part of the buffet that had cheese sticks , rolls and dessert. Why couldn’t the person, explain to us what the had on the buffet. After telling him it was our first time here.Probably we would ask what of ate a little better. First time trying and won’t be back again.

The restaurant is not the greatest to dine in. Really need to go look at the older style Double Dave’s in College Station and Austin and get back to the less corporate feel. Starting to feel like an everyday pizza place in a strip center.
This is a corporate leadership issue and should be addressed at the top, otherwise they’ll end up going the way of Southwest Airlines, who now might as well change their name to Airline (as nothing is differentiating).

This was my first visit to a DoubleDave’s Pizzaworks restaurant, so I was excited to try a new place. My first impression: a fun place to go with friends or family, and perfect for large groups! My friends ordered pizza on a cauliflower crust…. Wait, what? Cauliflower crust?? I was skeptical, but it actually tasted delicious. I would not have guessed it was Cauliflower disguised as pizza dough.
I ordered the chicken stromboli (it was the weekly special) and I loved it. You would enjoy it without a dip because it really didn’t need it, but when you pair it with ranch dressing… Oh my goodness y’all! So good!
I enjoyed visiting with the folks behind the counter, I loved watching the pizza dough fly through the air , and I loved the food. Great experience.

My husband and I recently ordered a medium hand-tossed pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and olives, along with a side of extra crispy hot wings. We placed our order online for a later pickup between 5:50 PM and 6:00 PM. Everything was ready right on time and remained hot and fresh even after our 10-minute drive home. The pizza dough was wonderfully pillowy soft, and the hot wings had the perfect texture with just the right amount of crunch.
Alex, the owner, is clearly passionate about his restaurant and serving the community. This location is fantastic for hosting networking events; our BNI group of about 18 meets there every Thursday morning. His general manager, Emma, consistently sets up for us and is always prepared to welcome our group. The entire team is polite and prompt, ensuring orders are out on time.
While I’m not typically a big pizza fan, Double Dave’s Pizzaworks definitely surpasses the local competition.
