this Berger King is Trasch. it was even werse then the Opelousas Berger King once was. sometimes when the manager isn’t here, the Chicken Nuggets get berned and taste harrible sometimes, the drinks (random selections) get out of order, and even worse, the Berger King doesn’t let you get to Alexandria unlike Marcksville MickDonald’s did, which make Coliseum Boulevard Walmart Supercenter feel left out. Let’s howpe this Berger King closed. Opelousas Berger King is now a lot better and so is Alexandria and New Roweds Berger King.

I just came through your drive through and the light skinned older lady who was at the window was so rude and clearly didn’t want to serve us. Her attitude screamed I don’t want to be here and when I asked for BBQ Sauce she said yeah with an attitude and slammed the window. I work in fast food and the lack of customer service was disgusting. As a customer that behavior has me willing to go across the street to McDonald’s had I not already paid for my food I promise I would have driven off

This place is one of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. The workers play to much , they r not nice at all having attitudes like we as costumers r a bother to them, they slow as I’ve ever seen & most the time if u don’t special order something, UR FOOD IS COLD! When we pulled to order our food the guy that was taking our order changed his voice making fun of my cousin that has a speech impediment. When we get to the window to check out he all of a sudden he changes his voice bk to his normal . Then as my cousin was getting the money he was tapping his fingers very fast and it was loud . He seem to speeding and high . I just wanted everyone to know that we both felt disrespected and want be that Burger King anymore. The fries are horrible.

Unrealistic thoughts are you kidding me that was the worst experience I’ve ever had at that one, first off it was almost midnight, just left casino husband and I were not even greeted for a order. I had to call threw speaker and the voice said just a minute. Ok 5 minutes later had to see if they were going to get our order ,I asked a few times about order prices and gave order, waiting for a total about more minutes, nobody said anything. Finally asked if they had our total and she says what order ,really are you serious I say nothing but give them the order again pull up to window to pay .the girl hollered to the back to see if they made the order yet ,finally got food and drink asked for receipt never got one,was so thirsty started to chug drink and omg it was so spoiled and sour I was just so sick, tried to eat chicken sandwich and it was almost burnt old greasy taste with possibly fresh grease taste, horrible and how I felt so bad cramping sweating threw up ,I had both areas of waste existing areas of my body working over itself that my backside is never to feel the same again and I thought I was dying.

we went in today. the food was good, and the girl working at the register was really nice and friendly. my kid tried to climb to the top of the play place thing and couldn’t do it. another little boy succeeded though. Nicky put a crown on, then realized another man in there already had a crown on, so he had to step down.

Ok y’all, why am I just finding out I have to pay $4 for a cup of ice! Ridiculous! It doesn’t even cost that much to make a 20 lb bag of ice. I now know why I never go to BK!!! Sad that your company takes advantage of people like that! And they were out of everything we asked for to make it even better. No clue what drink they actually gave us, cuz it didn’t taste like any drink I’ve ever had! Will not be back to BK!
