We passed the sign advertising “hand cut poutine” on the way to a wedding in Dublin. We didn’t have time to stop, but made sure to hit it on the way home. Got the poutine and one of their specialty dogs, the Rottweiler Reuben Dog. I give it a big thumbs up!
