The staff taking and preparing the orders were friendly and attentive. The lady at the register (I assume manager/owner) not so much. Very nasty attitude and when I asked how her day was going in hopes she would at least smile, she have me a dirty look and didn’t answer me. Not professional AT ALL! Yes; I know this is a food court, but good customer service is still expected. I made sure to thank the staff for their friendliness in front of her and then said to her “unlike you”. I didn’t want to stoop to her level but it aggravated me because her staff has to endure that from her.

yuck. they setup like chipotle, but doesn’t taste anything like chipotle. their guacamole was terrible. absolutely no flavor across the board. that guac tasted like it came out of the grocery store package. the lady serving me was nice, but the cashier was rude. she didn’t give me my receipt and immediately checked out someone else and when i asked for it, she snapped “one sec”. she should have given me my receipt in the first place. their fake cilantro lime rice and salty chicken is no comparison to chipotle

Today was my daughters birthday. While at sephira we decided to stop and eat. 2 quesidillas was 39.56. When i asked for a receipt so I could see what I was being charged for the lady gave me dirty looks. Once I got the receipt and asked her why I was charged for 3 she replied because we got extra meat. When I tried to point out that she charged me for the extra meat and another quesidilla she walked away. Another lady came over and I explained what happened. She immediately saw the problem. The 2 owners came over and refunded the correct amount. Not once did the lady that was rude apologize. The entire time she stared me down with an angry look. I was not rude or loud with her. I only asked for an explanation of charges. Adding chicken does not cost 13.00 more. I will not eat here again due to the rude lady at the register. Watch what you are being charged for!

I recently stopped by Dos Bros Tacos at the Mall of Louisiana, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Quesadilla—mainly because they always demo it, and after tasting the sample, I was hooked. The chicken had the perfect kick of spice, and the flavor was incredible, so I couldn’t resist adding some barbacoa to the other half of the quesadilla to mix things up.
The staff was super friendly and helped me customize my order exactly how I wanted it. They really don’t skimp on the meat and toppings like some other places (looking at you, Chipotle!). My quesadilla was loaded with everything I asked for, and the wait was only about 4-6 minutes, which was pretty quick for something made fresh.
While the barbacoa was decent, I definitely preferred the spicy chicken—it was the standout. Next time, I’ll probably skip the barbacoa altogether and stick with the chicken, but overall, I was more than satisfied. If you’re looking for a hearty, flavorful meal, Dos Bros won’t disappoint!

Never been here before and I come to the mall all the time. I decided to try the chicken quesadilla and it was good. I had asked for a side of sour cream before I paid for my food and I did not get it I so stood there for 5 minutes waiting patiently and had asked the lady next in like if I could ask for something politely. She let me I had kindly asked for a side of sour cream and the lady at the front with the tattoos on her arm just completely ignored me looked at me like I was absolutely ignorant. Proceeded to tell the lady her total and turned around to get her drink. She was so disrespectful the lady next to me had questioned why she had done that and why she was so rude and even waited to pay for her own food while carrying a child till I got my sour cream. It is so stupid how rude and inconsiderate people can be over something so simple. She spoke good English too so there was no excuse for the unprofessionalism and disrespect that was shown. It’s the holidays and you work in the mall food court. What is the need to be such a disgustingly rude person and make things difficult.

I love the fresh ingredients and that you can customize your food! I visit here twice (it’s a 30 minute drive) and one of the employees was giving away a free sample. I remember how tasty it was and needed to return! I ordered a spicy chicken quesadilla with extra meat (barbacoa), onions, and queso. It’s really cheesy and messy, but it’s good. I haven’t tried anything else. I will do that on the next visit.

Extremely rudeeeee staff. Tried to give me food that was accidentally given to the wrong customer, after they had already sat down to eat. Bigger lady with tongue ring then threw the box into the trash because I wouldn’t accept the food. Yelled to her coworker that I made her remake the food. Asian lady tried to make my food with no gloves, after having her cellphone in her hands. She never washed her hands. When I asked for the manager I was told she & her husband own the space. I will never be back.

Majority of the employees are rude, with the exception of about 2 of them. They give you rude looks when you ask for anything. I asked the girl to put sour cream on the other half of my tacos (because she only put it on one side) and she decided to glare at me and smother one of the two tacos in sour cream. Any time I order just chips and queso for a snack, the older lady always has a bad attitude about it. Probably the worst customer service in the food court.

The food’s honestly really good, but the workers make the whole experience annoying. The cashier doesn’t listen, has an attitude, and the rest of them act like they don’t wanna be there. Good food, terrible service.
