This place outstanding (crispy) dosa with generous filling. We tried their paneer masala dosa and spring dosa. We also tried their Dahi puri and paav bhaji which were all great.
The irani chai and boba were outstanding go. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience at Dosa Point! We tried the Pizza Dosa, Pav Bhaji, and Onion Dosa, and everything was spot on. Vinay gave phenomenal service to us all. The Pizza Dosa was absolutely phenomenal – crispy, flavorful, and loaded with toppings in just the right way. And the Onion Dosa had the perfect balance of crunch and taste. The food was fresh, authentic, and served with great care. Definitely one of the best places around if you’re craving dosas and Indian street-style flavors. Highly recommend!

We had masala dosa and onion masala dosa. Both were delicious. But there was only a small portion of masala, unlike other places where we’ve had dosa. I don’t eat that much and I was still hungry when we finished and left. We did like the food very much. The service was nice and the place was nicely decorated.

I’m pretty sure that dine-in experience should be excellent, as we experienced almost similar to the dine-in meal even the food was delivered!! Highly recommend this place!!!

We came in with 5 kids in which 3 were under.
The waiter seated us in the middle of the restaurant.
Ordered food and after that they charged us 20$ gratuity because the place they seated us is supposedly a private seating place. Mind this is just a big round table with seats around so there is nothing private about that.
If there was a fee then they should tell you ahead of time. We came all the way from Schaumburg because we liked the food but because of their service, wont be coming back here again

Out of all dosa’s in Chicago, I highly recommend this place for delicious dosa’s , vadapavvv was yum tooo , dahi puri is just like as Hyderabadi taste !! Cravings fulfilled telugu music and ambience is just so pretty!

Dosa point had some amazing vibes. Bollywood songs in the background. Food was served on time . Really liked the pav bhaji the pavs were toasted and the bhaji was buttery and nice. The samosa chat was spicy tangy and really nice. The mango lassi was not that great. Didn’t like at all. The service was great. Prices are reasonable

If your staff can’t clean the restaurant maybe its time you grab a scrub and bucket yourself.
Me and my wife stopped in for lunch and walked into a space where cleanliness felt like an afterthought. The guy at the counter was more worried about us dropping food on the plastic covered menu than actually changing his gloves. Hygiene??
We ordered two items We were told the Uttapam would take 18 minutes we switched to the Idli Wada combo. My wife got her dosa in 4 minutes but it was undercooked and definitely not what youd expect from a place serving dosa.
Meanwhile I waited another 20 minutes just for 2 idlis and 1 wada. Let me tell you,
it tasted like it was made by someone who’s never eaten their own cooking. The wada was hot but dry, bland, and completely lifeless. If you don’t know how to make a wada, don’t put it on the menu.
This place needs serious help both in the kitchen and at the front counter. It’s not just about the food it’s about the basic experience. Right now, it’s not it.
Tip for the servers and owner:
When a couple dines in, serve their food together not 15 minutes apart. Watching one person eat while the other just sits and waits isn’t just awkward… it’s a bad dining experience Timing matters just as much as taste.
