Dos Santos is hands down one of the best spots in Castle Rock! The tacos are absolutely amazing – packed with flavor and always fresh. The drinks are just as impressive, and the vibe makes it the perfect place to hang out with friends. Huge shoutout to Elexis behind the bar – she does a phenomenal job, super friendly, and makes top-notch cocktails. If you’re looking for great food, great drinks, and great service, Dos Santos is the place to be!

Food: Burrito was pretty average. Had good flavor because of the pico de gallo and avocado but nothing special.
Service: Pretty slow although we were the only ones there at that time.

This place is amazing and keeps getting better! Nora took great care of us, made perfect recommendations and we enjoyed every second. The appetizers were so good that we ordered them twice and took dinner home. Highly recommend the margarita flight, they’re mini sized but a great sampler. The tuna bites and plantains were incredible and my favorite! For tacos, the barbacoa and hard shell beef taco were amazing! This place is a must try

Two words: SALSA FLIGHT. OH MY GAWD A FLIGHT OF DREAMS! And to go with the margarita flight! I was on cloud 9! The street tacos were sooo good. Amazing atmosphere, food, and good vibes. Everything was so delicious. Service was wonderful too. The staff actually sound like they like working here. It’s also very family friendly too and dog friendly! There were a couple of water bowls outside on the patio. All around a wonderful addition to the heart of Downtown Castle Rock.

Service is usually pretty good. Tacos haven’t really impressed me, what really keeps me coming back is the quesadilla and the chips and guacamole. I also enjoy the drinks, but they aren’t mind blowing. The atmosphere is pretty upbeat and fun. It’s a nice place for a casual night out.

This place is spectacular! I’ve been wanting some made from scratch, innovative, fresh, amazing food and Dos Santos delivered. The environment and decor is awesome, the food was unbelievable, and the service from Mariah and her trusty trainee, Emily, was impeccable. I’m so thankful we found this spot and imagine many more days enjoying the creations they’ve invented for our enjoyment. We tried the chips and salsas, several tacos, hibiscus limeade, and the to die for flan. I’m overwhelmed with what to say because each item was so amazing – I’m at a loss for words and will try to find them for my next update. Give your mouth an adventure, your body a chill place to hang, and enjoy the outstanding service because you deserve it and this place is a gift to all of us!

Delicious food with high end vibes. I loved the salsa flight and all the tacos I tried. The horchata is authentic and delicious. They have a rotating variety of agua fresca apparently. I tried the tamarind and it was a little much for me but that’s okay. I love pulparindo so I thought it would be like that but I preferred the horchata. Delicious dessert as well. And I love the vibe of downtown Castle Rock. It’s a great place to go hang out on a sunny afternoon. Highly recommended to fans of tacos.

Castle Rock location so far is well worth the time and trip if out of the area. The drinks are especially delicious (ask for spicy) the food is great. During happy hour you can walk out feeling amazing and full. Being a Texas taco guy I can say these are great …pricier then what I would see back home but delicious. Take your time ring friends and enjoy the atmosphere great staff and good food and drink.

I just got breakfast burritos today. Now let me say when I first went there when they started breakfast burritos they were the best in Castlerock. Since then has really went downhill. Quality has really went down like their fried egg in the burrito. Used to be over easy egg and that was the best if you like the fried egg. Now it’s just a hard egg every time I go there, which I can live with that ok, but today the most craziest thing is I found tater tots in my burrito. They did have the best seasoned potatoes and now they’re using tater tots? Totally changed the tastes of the burrito. On top of that I seen they up’d there prices again. I will definitely not be going back, I give up on this place.
