Social Profile:

At Dos Olas, we believe that Mexican cuisine is best served with a side of casual fun. We look for fresh, bright ingredients and flavors and spin them into an array of dishes inspired by both traditional Mexican cooking and a coastal, California take on it. Then we top it all off with a robust menu of tequila, mezcal, cocktails and beer. And serve it all up in generous style with dishes for family-style sharing, savoring or cantina-inspired snacking. A great spot for lunch, apres, dinner and expansive indoor-outdoor bar with live DJ sets and fire pits.

Service and atmosphere were great! They have a decent selection of merchandise you can buy, such as shirts, hats, etc.
The House Margaritas were so good, too! Hoping to try the food next time.

I’ve been to probably over 100 Mexican restaurants in my life and I feel this was the best Mexican food I’ve maybe ever had. I had the burrito with carne asada and it was amazing- done perfectly. Chips and guac was also great and the service was outstanding. We made a reservation as it was during the holidays but I’d say always make a reservation anywhere in Canyons village or you’ll be waiting forever.

Adriel is super friendly and an awesome bar tender! Thanks for the good conversation. Food is great too. Went there twice on my 5 day visit to Park City.

Whatever they pay Matt, it’s not enough. We’ve been going here since it opened. It ranges from good to great, but always enjoyable. Apparently they have a new chef this year and some of our favorites aren’t on the menu anymore. Matt, a bartender and server, carefully steered us through the food and drink menu and made sure we had a fantastic time. We love the nachos and steak fajitas.

Food was good and service was good. We did not make a reservation because they require you to put down a deposit, but we were able to get a table for 4 right away at 5:30 on a Saturday.

It was extremely overpriced for what we got. Portions were small for the price, and we even had to pay for chips and salsa, but that was clearly spelled out on the menu.

Total cost for chips and salsa, side of queso, 4 house margaritas, 2 orders of chicken tacos (without rice and beans, which cost extra), 1 order of carne asada tacos, and 1 chicken quesadilla was $220 before tip.

We frequently visit Park City and are used to higher prices but this was insane for tacos. Perhaps if portions were huge and we had plenty for leftovers I could maybe justify it.

BEWARE! On line menu does not reflect real menu. Thought I was going for three tacos with rice and Beans, but SUPRISE you have to pay extra $8 for a bowl of rice and beans that was sitting under a heat lamp. Kinda lame really at least the other entrees come with the delicious corn salad.
I only gave the food a one star because I feel deceived, but it is really good.

Excellent Mexican spot right off the mountain in Park City. A little pricey, but not unexpected given that it’s steps away from the lift and in a beautiful area. The queso was good, but the salsas were excellent. I had the shrimp tacos which were a little small but I had some of my son’s chicken fajitas which were good & large in portion size. The churro for dessert was pretty good, but definitely enhanced by the chocolate sauce.

The food was really good (tacos and fajitas) and service was pretty decent (they had a lot of people working so lots of attentiveness)! But the prices were a little crazy. $8 charge for rice and beans (which is not included with any entree) and I was charged $12 for hot sauce. And no free soda refills. Just felt like they were plugging money anywhere they could, but I guess that’s park city for ya. The music was a little loud for a sit down restaurant. Overall really enjoyed the food but I’m not sure it was worth the $200.

Food is straightforward and tasty. It’s not at all fanciful, just simple.

Pleasantly surprised experience. Dos Olas far exceeded expectations. There was a lot of love that went in to the dishes at this place. The fajitas were not only delicious, but beautifully prepared and presented. The quesadilla was one of the best I ever had. The guac was freshly prepared and right on point. Queso fondito was fantastic. Our server Adriana could not have been nicer, more efficient, and caring. She really made a difference. It was so good that we dined there twice in one week. The second time the food was excellent but the service was lacking. But they seem to be a little short staffed and busy. But they tried, which is really what counts. So happy we found this place. Nice job.
