This place has been here for over 20 years and delivers great authentic Mexican food. To all you new bougie people moving into our area and giving our local spot bad reviews is unwarranted, this is a family owned business with years of good reputation, I have many memories here. Your petty reviews won’t hurt them, us locals will always love and support this place. The service and drinks are always the best and I love their mini chimichangas! Thank you Dos team!

I ate here about a year ago and it wasn’t that good but I thought I’d give him a chance I needed a quick cheese dip and salsa to go with my tacos. I was making. I went in there cost me $18 for our cheese dip and salsa and it came with one bag not even filled to the top with chips and I asked them. I said I got two different dips. Should I get a bag of chips with each and they were like no you have to pay extra I even pointed out that the chip bag wasn’t even full. How are you supposed to eat two big dips with half a bag of chips and he said I could just buy more chips.. no sir I will not be doing that and I will not come back to the establishment. My gosh, you buy dip, a large dip each large dip should come with a bag of chips.

By far the best birria tacos and Margarita in town (skinny Margarita)! Try it and thank me later. We love every single server there- they really are the best! I am a Mexican restaurant connoisseur…I have tried them all from the fancy ones to the hole in the walls- none compare to the Hickory Flat Dos Margaritas!

Dos Margaritas used to be one of those reliable local spots you could count on for good food, good prices, and a fun atmosphere. Sadly, it’s just not the same anymore. The quality has really slipped — dishes that used to be flavorful and fresh now taste bland and uninspired. Portions feel smaller, prices have gone up, and the overall experience just doesn’t justify the cost. They will serve you several day old burritos and enchiladas that are brought out lukewarm from their microwave.
It’s disappointing to see a once promising restaurant lose its spark. The food just isn’t worth what they’re charging. $20 plus for a burrito?
Am I missing something?
I truly hope they find their way back to what made them great in the first place.

They are short staffed and slow, even at slow times. But the food was good. Update
3.23 .. the last three times I’ve been here the food and the service has been really good. Good jobs on improvement guys!
4.23.. the food was very dry, both dishes. Not a very good place to go for lunch/late lunch. every time I go I’m disappointed. You would think the fewer people there, you would get better service. Nope.

The salsa was not to our liking. Our server had limited English proficiency and made an error with our order by including rice in the burrito despite our request for it to be excluded. We reiterated our request, but the burrito was still served with rice. Additionally, the trio dip lacked meat, and the chicken in my burrito tasted processed, reminiscent of canned tuna. Despite requesting and paying for fresh jalapeños due to the initial disappointment with the salsa, none of the dishes we received were spicy. We will not be returning to this establishment. In comparison, Cactus Cantina remains our preferred choice for Mexican cuisine.

Days before Christmas, my boss invited us to eat there. The service was a 10 out of 10, and the food was quite good and generous. But a few days ago, I went to eat there with some friends. The service was a 5 out of 10, and the food a 2 out of 10, and they gave me a portion as if they were giving it to me for free.

First time here and will return. Food was really good . I ordered a vegetable bowl which had a bed of black beans and rice with sauteed vegetables on top and your choice of salsa or dressing. It was delicious and I was served a generous portion.
