Wow! This is the restaurant we needed in this town! The food and drinks are fantastic. The service is wonderful – everyone is so friendly! Pricing is right where it should be. We can’t wait to come again! 10/10 – would eat here every day.

I grabbed a pickup order of street tacos today for lunch and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was blown away by the quality and quantity of food I received. I got pastor and asada, usually good benchmarks of a taqueria and they did not disappoint at all. First off, the quantity of meat in each taco was more than I’ve gotten at any other place in MN and both meats were exceptionally well seasoned.
The only feedback I have for the restaurant is to add more heat to their salsa roja, both were very flavorful, and the verde was mild as expected, but the roja was milder than I had anticipated.
Otherwise, 10/10 experience. As my wife says, I need to find a tacos anonymous group, I frequently drive to Shakopee or Eden Prairie for my favorite tacos, but this place being so close to home just vaulted to the top of my list.

Went tonight for dinner with my family. The menu is expansive. All of our food was excellent, with large portions. (My husband and I split and still didn’t finish) Our bartender was incredibly friendly and chatty which we love! Very happy to have this restaurant in town.

We had such an amazing experience at Dos Hermanos tonight! They were extremely busy — every table was full — and they were running with only ONE cook for the entire restaurant. Despite that, the staff never missed a beat.
They made it to every table, kept drinks filled, checked in consistently, and maintained such a positive attitude the whole time. You would never have known how stretched they were behind the scenes because the service was still attentive, friendly, and efficient.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the teamwork was seriously impressive. It says so much about a restaurant when they can handle a packed house with grace and still make every customer feel taken care of.
So grateful to have a place like this in our community. Highly recommend supporting them — they are AMAZING!

This restaurant was really needed in this area. The service is prompt and friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the birria, margaritas and fajitas. We will continue to frequent this restaurant and we highly recommend it!

Been here three times with the family since this place has opened. Each time (3 for 3) we’ve had the same server. She continues to make the same mistakes over and over again. For one, taking an absurdly long time for easy tasks. Weather it’s refills, crayons for kids menu’s, or the ability to simply put in an order. Most importantly, her lack of eye contact makes it impossible to flag her down for said refills or anything else we may need. On several occasions we’ve needed bus boys or other servers to help out the table. Shouldn’t have to yell to get someone’s attention.
Each time there’s been a list of excuses from the owner. Between ICE presence, to new staff, to young staff, to short staff and overall a busy atmosphere. All of this is understandable, but, after being open for around two months, if not longer, there needs to be improvement at the service level from the ground up.
Food is always exceptional from our experience, however, with nearby Mexican restaurants in Waconia and Chaska, might just take the extra drive for the better service and same quality of food.

Soooo damn good! I ordered the el lindo, steak chicken and shrimp, seriously amazing. The queso is fantastic, chips salsa and the white dip, all were amazing. The service was 5 stars, the pricing is superb, it’s my new favorite place
