Reviews
We had an incredible dining experience here! The location is unbeatable—directly across from the Georgia Aquarium and extremely convenient if you are visiting the Georgia World Congress Center.
The Vibe & View: The restaurant has a great layout with both a lower and upper level. We sat upstairs and enjoyed a really pretty view of the street and the aquarium while we ate.
The Food:
• Supreme Quesadilla & Tacos: The food was outstanding. My husband and I shared the supreme quesadilla with a side of rice and beans, and it was plenty for a full meal for the two of us!
• The Desserts (The Highlight!): You HAVE to save room for dessert. The Tres Leches cake was unbelievable—it actually topped our previous favorite at Chuy’s. We also shared the beignets, which were some of the best we’ve ever had, even compared to dedicated beignet shops.
The Service:
What really made the night was the exceptional service. Our server, Ricky, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless.
Pro Tip: If you’re attending a convention or spending the day at the aquarium, this is the perfect spot to refuel. Great portions and even better service!
I will say the downstairs smelled extremely strongly of smoke. I recommend the upstairs if you are sensitive to this.
To management at the restaurant, please assure there’s a garbage can at the entrance to the restroom. The restrooms are very updated and nice, and I noticed people throwing paper towels on the floor at the door because there was no trashcan available. It was in the far end of the bathroom at the last stall.
If you love authentic Mexican food, you have to try this place. The flavors are amazing, the portions are generous, and the service is excellent. Everything has that homemade touch that makes you feel like you’re in Mexico. My favorites were the tacos al pastor and the guacamole, absolutely delicious! ️
Candice is hands down one of the best managers I’ve experienced in a long time. I came in with a party of 5, and from the moment we walked through the door, everything felt organized, welcoming, and smooth.
She was attentive without being overbearing, made sure our table was comfortable, and checked in at just the right times. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience and leads her team with confidence and professionalism.
Our food came out timely, everything was correct, and the overall atmosphere felt positive and well-managed. That doesn’t happen by accident — that starts at the top, and Candice clearly sets the tone.
If you want great service and a team that knows what they’re doing, Candice is the manager you want running the show.
We’ll definitely be back!
