I put in an online order this evening. However, when it was time to pick up my order it was no where in their system. Zac, the service manager was able to take care of it and get my order out to me, which I was thankful for. I made the mistake of not checking the order until I got home. Unfortunately the wings seemed to be more like a dry rub with a dash of sauce and I ordered all wings with sauce. I called BWW, Zac told me to bring in the old wings and they will make me “fresh ones”. While waiting for the correct order, the you g ladies in the front of whom I assume are the hostesses were apologetic and kind. When I got the second order or what should’ve been the correct order were not fresh. Not even a 3 min drive home and the wings were barely even warm. A very unfortunate experience here and will not return anytime soon. Not much has changed at BWWs

Ordered ToGo wings for Superbowl Sunday. I arrived at my scheduled order time. They were so BUSY with to go orders lined up, but I was still greeted right away and asked for my name. The lady went back and grabbed my order and I was good to go! Super quick service and the food tasted amazing!

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the few places in las cruces NM that allowed me to take an entree for take out on Veterans Day . As a veteran I felt like I mattered when my order was taken . Awesome experience. Letty and her staff are always welcoming and show a sense of urgency especially when it’s obvious they are short staffed. Have to mention that to those that feel the need to treat people in the service industry with disrespect. Shame on you. Witnessed a bully there meeting his wife for lunch and his horrible words to the staff. You are a bully and a horrible person. Don’t ruin someone’s day because your having one. Take it out on someone your own size. Again this establishment has good people working there. Be kind.

It was our 1st time at Buffalo wild wings and it was a little underwhelming. Food we ordered was good but the waiter was a little overwhelmed and had to ask a lady in a red shirt “manager” I presume. For a refill. Like I said the food was good and we will most likely be back. Although it would be nice to feel more welcomed at the establishment.

We had two orders, one was perfect. The other was burned, almost black. We ordered pick up so I can’t give a very good rating on the atmosphere. We showed up at the time we were told the food would be ready but it wasn’t ready at all. Very long wait, I have a feeling they hadn’t started the pick up order until we got there.

I stopped by for lunch when they weren’t busy, and all the booths available weren’t wiped down. The food came out fast, but it was average. They taste on the same level as some wings you buy from the Walmart frozen food aisle.

Came in on a Friday night walked up and gave my info to the nice lady at the front desk. There were quite a few people waiting to be seated and she informed us that it was going to be a 20 to 30 min wait, not a problem I said gave her my info then decided to wait outside and as I was out side I happened to look in and see half The restaurant empty. I get it if you don’t have the staffing but it’s a Friday night and you got half The restaurant empty with a big line at the front waiting. At least the foods good.
