Pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Usually I’m not a fan of salads, but their Greek + Caesar salad was light and the ingredients were fresh. Shepherd pie also very good. Huge portions. Excellent service. Local gem

Typical local sports bar that is very spacious, a bit loud, that serves good bar food and drinks. Saw a lot of coworkers there. Artichoke spinach dip was creamy and good as well as the fries and buffalo wings.

Yesterday I ordered spinach archichoke dip and it looked like broken milk with some watery substance coming out and cheese separating out. Thought it was normal mixed it out and tasted it tasted awful and smells bad… it’s definitely expired or spoilt food. I m not going here next time

Such an unexpected gem. We went here on a whim and were delighted with amazing food and impeccable, upbeat service. Fred was a delight – someone who truly loves to serve others and ensure they have a delightful experience. Met one of the owners who is passionate about what he does and works hard to make each encounter special. We went for lunch and had such a great time that we came back for the comedy show. Maria did such a great job making me and my friends feel welcome and taken care of.
The Caesar salad had the best dressing I’ve ever had. The chicken pot pie crust was super flaky and decadent. Drinks were amazing, highly recommend the Captain Morgan Cream Soda. So many vegetarian options for my friends who don’t eat meat.
Really just an amazing experience all around. 10/10

We choose Dorrian’s Red Hand on our first night in Jersey City based on what was open and Google reviews.
We were disappointed as this is one case where the restaurant did not live up to the reviews.
It’s not that we had a bad time, it just wasn’t good.
The service was prompt and pleasant.
We found the food average at best. The chicken tenders were not. The cheese steak rolls were begging for more cheese. The best we had were the sliders. We must remind you that we are Canadian…where no burger is served cooler than medium-well…so when these little babies came out with some life left in them…happiness ensued.
We’re not saying Dorrian’s Red Hand is a bad choice. You will get value for your money. We just found other choices which we like better nearby.
As always, food is subjective…Dorrian’s service is enough for me to recommend their restaurant if bar food is what you’re craving.

We got to try the food from Dorrian’s while attending the comedy show they host. It’s huge restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, a large bar , plenty of space. The menu consists lots of beer, wine, mocktails, cocktails, burgers, pizza and few more variety of items. The menu seemed little pricey to me.
I ordered the nachos with beef chili for appetizer. It was such a well made dish. Lots of guacamole, sour cream, jalapeño on top soup delicious beef chili. I got the Rueben for entree that wasn’t too impressive to me. The sandwich was pretty dry, no real sauce in it. Pastrami was dry and hard, almost felt like they were crispy bacon strips.
I got the virgin margarita that was very sour, the lemon flavor overpowered the whole drink. Probably virgin mojito would have been a better choice.
Our servers were wonderful, did a fantastic service, packed our leftovers at the end. Food came out pretty fast. Overall a nice place for a good meal.

Honestly, worst service we’ve had. The server, William, was rude at every interaction from seating us to the check. He was taunting when we asked not to be seated at the bar when the restaurant was empty. Was not willing to bring the card machine at the table and made comments in poor taste. This experience made us feel necessary to write the review and bring to the management’s notice as the rest of the staff and restaurant seems good.

We started off with the Steak Salad. It was tasty (on the spicer side but we loved it)
For mains had burgers and sandwiches all of them were good. We had the Beef Burger, Fried Chicken Sandwich and Steak Sandwich. We subbed out the fires for Broccoli, Spinach and sweet potato waffle fries.
Great staff and quick service.
