Hello culinary explorers, I’m Dorianny, from the Dominican Republic. Although I am Dominican, I always offer something different, but with a Creole flavor. My place is small and I work alone in the kitchen, so I can’t open every day, but I always take care to prepare dishes that are as fresh as possible and with quality ingredients. I moved to Niota, IL six years ago, where my desire to cook and try new recipes was awakened. Since I love to share, many people suggested I open a restaurant. These people offered their support and believed in me, fueling my dream and becoming a part of it.
