As I just got to town later in the evening, I was looking for something to eat close to the hotel. I googled restaurants close to me and found a few but several were closed as it was Sunday. I venture down to Dora‘s and I found it a low-key environment, which is great cause I just had shorts and a T-shirt on, but it seems like there’s a lot of locals to come in here to dine it. Sort of remind me of a college restaurant environment with Japanese decor. Let us need a good or bad I enjoyed the combo, beef and chicken hibachi a order of spicy tuna, raw and seaweed salad. I was impressed with the quality. It was pretty good. The steak was a little chewy. I should’ve ordered the fillet which was an option. It was still good to eat. The vegetables were very tasty and I enjoyed the whole experience very much. I would recommend anybody looking for a good meal cost-effective and it was abundant so no issues there. I would consider going hereif you like Japanese style food. Again, very relaxed atmosphere. I believe a lot of locals visit this site and the food is good.

1st time to this restaurant (here visiting family). The food was prepared in a timely manner with large portions. I had the “super fried rice” and couldn’t eat it all in one sitting. They offer a lot of options for different types of hibachi. Everything tasted good and fresh.

I have been going to Dora’s since the original spot next to Kroger before they had a big fire. I love the food and how fast the food can be made. The service is kinda bad, the people in the front can be rude and cold. I understand that they’re teenagers or young women, but I also work in the food industry and know that you can become overwhelmed during busy hours. Still, I’m pretty loyal for the food and how consistent in quality it is. The only thing keeping this from being 5/5 is the attitude of the girls in the front.

If you are looking to pick up an order or are okay with your food in styrofoam as an inside dining experience, then this IS the place. The atmosphere is so laid back that cartoons are on 2 of the 4 TVS.
The food was standard Japanese Hibachi and the seating area could use cleaning.

Food is good but the customer service is lacking and hours are odd. Walk in close to the mid day shut down and watch the folks in front of us order to be told that they shut down in a few minutes and they aren’t taking orders. Irritating

The two girls who work the front desk and take orders on the phone are very rude, maybe not on purpose but they have no people skills. They also while I waited in line for my food were very rude to an older lady that didn’t really understand what the girl was angry about neither did i. And when I called to place the order whoever answered the phone was very quick to just hang up, and ended up not repeating back what I ordered so my order ended up being wrong. Just think they need new people up front. The food is always great just hate the atmosphere of walking in and having to talk to the front people.

Pretty good hibachi. Price was pretty good for hibachi. There was enough food to fill me up but no leftovers. However, I was able to get steak and chicken hibachi for under $15. The steak and chicken were both cooked correctly and the rice was very good. This place you order at the front desk, sit down, and then go back up to pick up your food. Overall, good experience.

Very impressed with my first time eating here. The restaurant is clean and the girls taking our order were very kind and friendly. We got shrimp and steak hibachi, along with teriyaki chicken. The food was superb and so delicious! We definitely will return and highly recommend anyone looking for some delicious food to stop in here. 5 star in every way!

I was told on the pone that they would have the calamari I ordered ready in 15 minutes I arrived and they said they had no calamari. I ordered salmon, no rice with extra veggies. 15 minutes later, I got my order and drove home. Opening my container once I got home, it had a mountain of rice, a tiny piece of fish and a small side of veggies. TLDR: they messed up my order twice, made me wait and I paid the normal price.

Service ok. No atmosphere.
Food wasn’t even close to Japanese quality.
Chicken dry, no taste, large chunks; some with gristle. It was definitely not freshly cooked. What was labeled as fried rice was dry and tasteless; nothing like Japanese about it. Vegetables had little to no taste. Even soy sauce couldn’t help any of it.
Waste of money. Shameful.
