CSR online is useless ineffective and unable to accommodate a customer request (probably AI bots) when their driver is monitored wandering around for over 20 mi and causing an order to be delayed by more than 40 minutes. Never ever using or recommending DoorDash again!

DoorDash delivery guy only delivered our 4 drinks. No food. 81 dollars worth of chicken the dasher either kept or didn’t pick up. But how does he think 81 dollars is one bag of drinks.

I placed an order for delivery through the Wawa app received text messages from the DoorDash person that they were lost being given wrong directions, although I was specific in the location in my notes when I made the order. I have had food/coffee delivered to me before from that location, had a similar issue because Wawawa put New Jersey 37 instead of route 37 and their address for the deliverer, but I still got my order. This driver decided he was gonna mark off that he delivered when he didn’t. When I contacted Wawa to inform them, the driver lied and didn’t deliver my order and wouldn’t answer me when I texted and called him to let him know he didn’t deliver to me, all they would say is that they could give me a half of refund which I think is ridiculous considering I never got my order so why am I paying for this guy to deliver when he didn’t deliver it? I reached out to DoorDash saying they don’t have anything to do with it. I need to reach out to Wawa although it was a DoorDash person delivering for Wawa so neither company wants to take the responsibility for this order & incompetent driver. Meanwhile, I lost out on money and I didn’t get my order.
Very disappointed and frustrated with DoorDash and Wawa delivery service! I definitely will not order delivery from them again!

They have restaurants that have poor ratings and they don’t care if you get sick from the food they still won’t refund you
