We are a bar/restaurant located in Sturgeon Bay’s original Fire Station. Our building is host to years of history with fire memorabilia covering the walls – including hundreds (if not thousands) of patches from all around the world. Our building was built in the 1800s and was the first Fire Station in town. We still have pictures from when the horses lived next door. Upstairs is a full banquet hall. We are pushing into the sports bar industry while keeping a family-friendly framework and still cherishing the history.

Cool Fire Department themed bar and restaurant, super long bar. Burger was great, but 3 meals came out at 3 different times making dinner awkward. Overall a good experience, but timing was weird.
The DCFD burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I would eat there again.

Great spot all around. Went here for dinner and they were able to seat us outside next to the door so we could still hear the live music right inside which was a huge plus. The waitress was so sweet and efficient. They allowed the dog to sit outside with us which was also nice.
The appetizers of cheese curds, side salad, and wings were better than my entree which was a dip sandwich. The drinks were very reasonably priced and one of the best things about this place is its open late for Wisconsin, still wish places stayed open a little longer as we felt crunched for time

Housed in the original fire station, the decor pays homage to the history of the building. Very nicely done. Our server was fun, efficient and prompt. We both had the sea food chowder, and it was really tasty. I had shrimp skewers, also very tasty. Les had the chicken basket, and the chicken was tasty, tender and moist. The fries were very good as well. It was a fun and filling experience. Give it a try.

As a first-time visitor, I found the food to be exceptional and would highly recommend it. The service was also top-notch. The interior of the building is stunning, featuring historical photographs and a unique wall with firefighter helmets. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Fun atmosphere and the service was good but not worth the lack luster food. Kitchen manager could not accommodate simple dietary requests. Disappointing as we are new in town and on the hunt for our new favorite go to places. This will not be one of them.

Great food and terrific service. I’ve been here twice and both visits were excellent, but they really went above and beyond last time. I dropped my credit card, and the waitress walked it over to the next bar for me in 20-degree weather. That’s true Wisconsin hospitality.

It was pretty late on a Tuesday night for dinner and my wife & I were running low on options considering the original bar & grill we walked in on the same stretch only served lunch.
Luckily this venue had an hour left before closing so why not. My stepdaughter volunteered to watch over our boys so my wife & I could be alone for a bit so we took advantage.
So from what I understand, this actually was formerly a fire station which is pretty cool and God bless all our fire fightin’ men & women.
I wouldn’t say the menu is extraordinary but the food and drinks overall were good at still reasonable prices, service was friendly, dining area kept clean and we enjoyed the vibe. You can also get your game on here.
It was our 3rd visit to Door County and the very 1st time dining in here and not bad at all. I wish for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

We come to Fire Company once a week usually on Sunday night. I have always gotten the boneless wings and they are great. With tonight being Sunday like usual we went to Fire Company. As usual I got the boneless wings and when they brought them out I was shocked. The portion was literally half the size it usually is and was still $15. It wasn’t like it was just a little smaller I received half an order. My husband got the chicken dinner like he usually does and didn’t get cole slaw. It always came with cole slaw and in their website it lists what comes with the dinner and still says cole slaw. We asked and the server said it doesn’t come with the special anymore. If you don’t want to include it that fine just don’t advertise it. Very disappointing night at a restaurant we love. Our once a week visits just definitely aren’t going to be once a week anymore.

I recently visited Door County Fire Department at 38 S 3rd Ave, in Sturgeon Bay, WI. After a nice day visiting Door Co. I checked into this place..it’s a very nice place with a bar counter and tables. I was waited on promptly and received my beverage. I checked the menu out and ordered a chicken wrap. The wrap was very good and I had a nice time sitting at the bar.
