BEST. PIZZA. EVER! And best service too! We had a large meeting with a lot of individual pies for pickup all at once. If that’s your deal too, FEAR NOT! The kitchen had our order completed on time, labeled, packaged and ready to go, and it was as fresh and delicious as always when it got to where it was going! Super-friendly, helpful staff –– BRAVO, Thomas, Leif and Jaaziel –– and gluten-free is on the menu too. Whether it’s dinner for 2 or pizza for 30 like our group, you can’t go wrong by getting your pizza fix from Door38!

A pleasant surprise in a city known for everything but pizza. The cheese sticks were fantastic, not overly loaded with cheese, just the right amount.
The pizza (sausage with olive tapenade) was very good with room for improvement. The crust was slightly under-done and melty in the middle. This could be fixed by keeping it in the oven a few minutes longer. That trademark black char on the edges of Detroit style pizza was there a little bit, but again, two more minutes in the oven and it would have been perfect.
Prices were solid, as was the service, and the dining vibe in Burro Alley was fantastic.

Pizza 38, located on Burro Alley, was delicious and quite affordable for the location. Detroit style pan pizza, with the most delicious dough and sauce. Kind and quick service (I ordered online). Highly recommended!

My hubby and I ventured to Santa Fe and stopped for a slice of pizza and salad at Door 38 Pizza. It was outstanding pizza!! Highly recommend the sausage delicious “Detroit style” pizza. Don’t get the Caesar salad, it was lackluster. Excellent outdoor seating!

Delicious pizza, cool space, super friendly staff. To my knowledge, no other place in Santa Fe serves Detroit style pizza, and Door 38 nails it. It’s a nice departure from the traditional pizza styles served around town.

Great pizza, the 38 special has a great sauce and a nice overall taste. The staff is quick, helpful, and cool. All pizzas are the same 6 slice size so depending on how hungry you are, grab one for yourself or bring someone to share. New Mexico is not known for its pizza, but this joint is definitely worth a shot, even if you have to drive a ways to get it. Wish there was a little better area to dine in during the winter, but the outdoor seating is good for most of the year.

The best pizza we’ve tried around town. Crust was crispy underneath, but not burnt. Sauce was tangy and delicious and not to watery. Staff was friendly and attentive. Especially for being on Christmas Eve. After you order your pizza, you can sit in their attached by a mutual patio burger place, which is also very good if you need to get out of the cold. Would recommend!

I don’t normally post reviews but this is the best pizza I have had in a long time, and I’m from the north east! It had all the goodness of a buttery pan pizza, but was some how light and just so delicious. Tried one red style and one white style- both awesome and complete with a chill outdoor courtyard/bar. Great choice for convenient delicious food downtown.
