The Avalanches were okay. We bith had a medium and it cost us $15. The ice cream was good. And that was the best part of our experience. My husband had the mint oreo Avalanche (they’re take on a Blizzard), and I ordered the oreo Avalanche. Both were flavorful and creamy. They were melting very fast, to be expected on a hot day. They melted so fast they were liquid in every bite, causing a very sticky mess. The young lady who was at the counter stated she had just eaten one and had very sticky fingers. I wanted to tell her she should wash them! The young lady who took our order may have been irritated by something else, but she made us feel as though we were bothering her by taking our time to order. We stood back in case any other patrons came in to order. She stared at us. We mentioned it was our first visit, but we weren’t greeted with suggestions or even a smile. I walked back inside after getting our order to ask for a couple of straws because they had turned to liquid. I was asked, “Why do you need them?” by another young lady who was working but socializing with her boyfriend at the time. I replied, “we had ordered a couple of shakes and were just going to drink them instead.” I was handed to regular size straws (as opposed to milkshake width), and that was that. We made a special trip out of our way to try this place and probably won’t return unless we happen to be in the area and decide to give it another shot. We should have at least tried a hot donut. There are cute areas, mostly in shaded spots, to sit and enjoy your treat outside. There was a good size menu of other simple to make and fried food as well.

Got the cinnamon roll donut sandwich with cappuccino crunch ice cream and it was really good! I enjoyed myself and will be coming back again! Donuts are on the smaller side but tasty and worth the drive for me. Also the donuts are made to order! Ice cream was delicious as well and I love that it’s homemade 🙂

I got a small coffee icecream and maple donuts on a stick! So good! They have vegan options and Gluten free options! UPDATED. I had my husband get me a tub of the coffee icecream and this time it was 15$ And it tasted burnt maybe even expired I’m not sure… very disappointed won’t go again. The tub isn’t worth it

Good ice cream and a place to get soft serve and hard ice cream. It also has a grill but we didn’t get grilled food. The ice cream was good. I do wish that they had more lid options for their items as that would make it easier to hold things on take out orders.

This location needs better management. After placing my order we were called to the counter. We asked for bags because we weren’t eating in. The manger I’m assuming kept walking around with an attitude talking about a bag fee. We knew nothing about a fee. He walked backwards and forwards about 3 times over our food! He then went and spoke very nasty to the employee about how she should have charged us. I asked the young man was it a problem. He then said something about the fee. I said I knew nothing about it. The employee stated she didn’t tell us. He was nasty!! Because of his behavior I told them to take the food back. He then apologized and said he was overwhelmed because so many people were in the store. He was abusive towards his employee I felt so bad for her. I definitely would never return. I went to support the business as a content creator. If I had to do over I wouldn’t have spent a dime of my hard earned money for this type of experience. The food was good and the doughnuts were ok. But this type of service was unacceptable

I’ve been going to this place for four years, ever since it opened in 2019 and it’s about time that I give this restaurant a review. This place is hands down the best donut place I’ve ever been to. The food in general is always good, but if your looking for a donut place I would definitely go to this place if your in the area. Workers are always nice and kind every time I go there. Although some people say it’s a little pricey, I think it’s worth it because it’s always amazing every time. I would highly recommend coming here for food if your up for it. A little story of mine to yours, one day I came to Donutz on a stick and I was short of two dollars. Even without the hassle of getting something else that’s cheaper or different they said it was on them and I got my food. To the people at Donutz on a stick, keep up the great work.
