I’ve visited this donut shop several times and have always had a pleasant experience, which makes this last visit even more disappointing. I went through the drive-through with my three-year-old, and there were no cars behind us. Despite that, we were rushed and told that next time I needed to come inside.
The interaction felt unnecessarily abrupt and rude. What made it more upsetting was that my daughter was excited to pick out her own donut. She was told she couldn’t hold the tray because it was “too heavy,” and the overall tone of the interaction left her feeling sad and confused.
As a repeat customer, I was surprised by how we were treated. A little patience and kindness — especially toward a small child — would have gone a long way. I hope future visits reflect the welcoming service we’ve experienced in the past

Quick service with a smile. Cashier was real friendly. The donuts were fresh, warm, and delicious. Biggest Apple Fritters I’ve ever seen. Great prices for exceptional products.

This shop has good cake donuts. If you call them they will fill your order before you get there. They also can make what you want as far as dipping into different toppings. I like the cinnamon sugar cakes and plain cake. It’s not so sicky sweet. I also like plain cake blueberry cake with no glaze. I have to order these a day in a half. They make all glazed otherwise.

It’s my birthday so I decided to get some donuts. This lady was the rudest lady I’ve encountered in Granbury. I was rushed and I would have bought a lot more but I feel she rang us up and made us leave. Rushed and Rude. I’m glad everyone in Granbury is friendly except this lady at this place. Thanks for making my birthday off to a horrible start. Never will I go be treated like this again!!!

Unfortunately, I’ll have to agree with the other review that they seem annoyed by their customers. The previous Asian owners were always so grateful for our business no matter how big or small the order they’d greet us with a great big warm smile. They were so nice and pleasant. New owners not so much but we’d overlook it bc they were a bit closer and interactions were not so much rude just stoic and no smile. The younger girl was ok but it was the older woman.
But today was the last straw. 6-19-25 6am My husband returned home vowing never to go back there again. He said he used the drive thru this morning, absolutely no one behind him yet the woman with the very short hair was curt, rushed him, like she was annoyed and like she just wanted him gone.
With so much competition a smile goes a long way. Whatever happened to the basics of customer service. Customers especially repeat customers is what helps a business thrive. In fact, even if you don’t want to smile at least don’t treat your paying customers like they’re an irritant. Will try others with great reviews like Sunny’s Donuts by Pam’s, The Donut Hole on Pearl St, or Donuts Plus on 377.

The most I’ve ever spent at a donut shop. I Spent $65 on 12 “decorative donuts,” 12 small kolaches and 1 hot pocket. I did not see it listed on the menu that decorative donuts were 3 dollars a piece. I asked for random donuts and of course I was boxed with the most expensive. I was shocked at check out that 12 donuts were $36 but I paid. When I got to the car I had 3 plain glazed donuts, 3 plain chocolate donuts with sprinkles and 6 “decorated donuts”. So maybe all of their donuts are $3 each?

This place advertises vegan donuts (my husband is allergic to egg). When ask, the employee looked confused. They dont have vegan anything. We are from out of town so this was annoying. I got a spinach kolache type thing. Definitely would not recommend
