They always have the cutest themed donuts. Best donuts around Helena, Pelham and Alabaster! They also have a good cup of coffee to go with the donuts! Kids look forward to getting donuts here every time we pass!

Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, overrated much but Donut Joe’s is on top, literally the only donut shop in Pelham that is worth visiting.
Food: About as good as you are gonna get, the vanilla flavored donuts with sprinkles in your mouth will surely make you spring up in joy. Or how about a big ol cinnamon bun to go along with your day. There are many varieties to choose from, pick your poison!
Atmosphere: Small but yet so sweet, what happens if there are a lot of people inside? I wonder, it makes you feel at home though. Outdoor seating gives it more area to work with and not to mention plenty of parking spaces too.
Service: I met an old friend that I used to hang out with in high school so that made my memories tingle a little bit and I know for a fact that the employees will make you a top priority when entering inside. You will certainly be a VIP whenever you’re at Donut Joe’s.

I have been coming to this donut shop for a couple years now and I have never had a bad experience. The kolaches there are SO so good and the donuts and coffee are delicious. The glazed croissants are next level! The people are always so friendly and happy and it’s always a great start to the day when we go to Joes!

I went on good Friday morning. I love that the filled donuts are not glazed, but have a nice dusting of powdered sugar instead! The filling was throughout the donut in every bite and not just in the very center. Though I did not get one, they did have Easter themed options, which I am sure a hit for kids. I also tried a smokey joe, which was donut bread with a nice piece of smoked sausage and cheese between. It’s a nice quick stop with friendly people.

Stopped by on my way to work since I got stopped by a train. I’m not a fan of donuts, but oh man. I got a croissant, a donut, and a breakfast sandwich with conecuh sausage. Not only were they incredible, but the lady who served me was very helpful and friendly. Also, they’re very reasonably priced. I only paid $7 for everything I got!

I have been coming to Donut Joe’s since 2014 and they have easily become my favorite donut place!! I prefer them over Krispy Kreme and Dunkin! I bring them to work as a treat for my coworkers often and they always rave about them. You will have a hard time choosing because every single one of their flavors is incredible. Their coffee is equally delicious! There is always service with a smile and great energy, no matter what time of day. I’m able to get in and out in the mornings which I also appreciate.

I just moved to the area and decided to check this place out as I love supporting small businesses! I had an overall good experience! I do wish they have more advertisement on their coffee flavors as well as donut options available online. But was pleasantly surprised by the amount of flavor options to choose from. Not to mention they have Pumpkin Spice lattes in April! The caffeine addicted white girl in me is in heaven this morning.
If you like your coffees with less milk make sure to specify when ordering.
I think this place would do even better than it already is with just a little bit more advertisement or signage.

I went here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The young lady who helped me was super nice, service was great. I got a plain latte and it was delicious! I also got a half dozen of assorted donuts – one thing these review don’t mention is that while the donuts are good, they are SO, SO sweet. These are definitely more of a dessert donut than a breakfast donut. I will probably pass on the donuts next time, but will be back for the coffee!

I walked in and it has the most amazing atmosphere. I was immediately greeted by this nice worker named Ben. He was so helpful with explaining what each donut is. I decided on the smoked sausage donut and the Caramel frappe. I am absolutely in love! So yummy! Wonderful experience! Give that young man a raise. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Will be recommending it to all my friends!
