Donovan’s Supper Club is an absolute gem. The food was nothing short of amazing — the tripletail was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The filet cooked perfectly. Chef Thomas and our server Tim were very personable and made sure we were taken care of. Every bite felt thoughtful and elevated. The ambiance is high-end yet inviting, creating the perfect setting for a special night out or an upscale dinner close to home. The cocktails were just as impressive — expertly crafted and delicious. We’re so excited to have a restaurant like this locally and will definitely be back.

This place is the real deal.
The owners are actually there—picking up dirty dishes, running drinks, genuinely present and invested. The bartenders were absolute pros. Superb cocktails, perfectly balanced, and served with the friendliest, most welcoming energy you could ask for.
The atmosphere is magic. A piano playing in the background, a room full of laughter, warmth, and that old-school supper club charm that’s hard to find anymore. It feels special without trying too hard.
And the food—wow again. The chef personally brings dishes to the table, and every single bite was to die for. The sushi was everyone’s favorite (and yes, we were starving, so photos happened mid–blast bite ), but honestly? There wasn’t a single thing we tried that didn’t make us say, “Wow, this is so good.”

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here last night. It was our first time visiting and everything was amazing. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It made our special night even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the highlights was watching the chef prepare a tomahawk steak tableside just a few tables away, followed by an unforgettable Bananas Foster made right next to us. It was an experience, not just a meal.
Yes, reservations are a must — and we didn’t hesitate to go ahead and book again for this coming Friday night.

Donovan’s did not disappoint that is for sure. The food and service were over the top. We had the 32oz Tomahawk with sides, Filet and the Triple Tail with the Tuna Tower and Hushpuppies for an appetizer. The tomahawk fed 3 people and still had leftovers.

Donovan’s Supperclub is such a great addition to Panama City. We went shortly after they opened and I was honestly impressed with how smoothly everything ran. You would never know they were newly opened because there were no hiccups at all.
The food came out quickly and everything we ordered was amazing. We started with the tuna tower appetizer, had the triple tail entrée, and finished with the bread pudding for dessert. All of it was delicious. The table next to us ordered the flamed bananas foster and it was really fun to watch and looked incredible.
We sat at the bar and Travis was our server, with Jacob also helping out, and they were both great. The drink selection was just as impressive as the food. They have a really nice bourbon selection, wines that pair well with the menu, and great craft cocktails.
The owners were also there and clearly care about making sure everyone is having a great experience. Overall, 10 out of 10 recommend. I am so glad to have a place like this in Panama City.
