I recently visited Donghae. and it was an amazing experience. The seafood is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the dishes are beautifully presented. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making the whole meal enjoyable. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner or a special occasion. I love coming here for their set menus! It’s a great value for all the food you get, and the seafood is always delicious and fresh. It comes with banchan, warm seafood appetizers, sushi or sashimi Korean style, and ends with a hot soup. Healthy and delicious! And the soup helps with digestion at the end of the menu.
Also, the staff are very helpful if you don’t speak/ read Korean and need help understanding the menu!

We had a fantastic dining experience at 동해참치! The Blue Fin Tuna Special was the highlight – the tuna sashimi was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and clearly very fresh. They also provided a wide variety of tasty sukidashi, which complemented the meal perfectly. The private room was a lifesaver with our kids, allowing us to enjoy our meal in peace. Not that I am trying to convince others that this restaurant is the best, but some bad reviews of this restaurant discount the true quality of this restaurant too much. This is my go-to restaurant for live fish and seafood, and it never disappointed me over the course of its changes. More than being welcomed, I am served with true respects and checked time to time to make sure I have everything I need. Dishes are superior, far more than just delicious and fresh. Accommodations to my customising requests are well addressed without any signs of hesitation. Regulars are typically those who do not use Google for review, and that May resulted in not many reviews nor high rates. This restaurant is definitely worth to come try and experience before judge based on few bad reviews.
