The staff at Donatos was extremely welcoming and friendly! Shoutout to Adrian and Douglas! On top of the great customer service and their entire staff being so friendly and welcoming, the food was really good! I loved that the menu had a wide variety of options so even if you’re not in the mood for pizza, you still have plenty of other menu options! Donatos is also a great supporter of the local Frisco community. Businesses who genuinely care about the communities they serve is always a huge plus for me!! Donatos has gained a frequent customer and supporter out of me!

Updated review: My original review received a response claiming that my order was not placed at this location, so I am reposting my review with proof of location. I have never even been to Newport News, VA nor do I live anywhere near there. As shown in the attached screenshot, I ordered from the 8990 Coit Rd Frisco location and had it delivered to my home which is also in Frisco. I look forward to your updated response, and I hope for honesty and accountability this time.
Original review: I’ve ordered Donatos pizza quite a bit and have always been impressed with it. I decided to try out the Asiago cheesy bread for the first time tonight and to say I’m disgusted is an understatement. Never in my life have I received an order of cheesy bread where the dough was completely raw. I can’t believe I consumed a bite out of this. This is unacceptable and just plain carelessness, not to mention dangerous. Do better.

Great pizza place that has recently opened. They have a personal size option which is good if everyone wants their own pizza. We tried the spicy chicken and very vegy pizza which tasted great. Our daughter had spicy honey pepperoni pizza which she liked as well. Overall a good place to try different pizza.

The atmosphere is welcoming and the owner Rico was pleasant. It didn’t take long to get our food about 15min. We ordered one wings, 1 LG. Pizza and we hot a small $5 ( their deal). It was plenty of food we took a to go box. The pizza is flavorful and fresh ti order. You get as many toppings as you would like for 1 price. This location is the first in Texas!
