I used to pick up deliveries here as a driver, and from those experiences I started ordering from them and haven’t looked back. The employees are always nice, my food is always hot. I actually stopped ordering from Papa Johns because of the great service and getting more value for my money. Plus the rewards are straight forward. It would be cool if there were coupon codes but it seems all deals are listed on the company’s site so you don’t have to search for them.

Kudos to the manager Johnathan who was on call Saturday, March 4, 2023, when I placed my order! Due to this location not having any drivers, they are resolved to utilize Door Dash to deliver their food, unfortunately, the Door Dash Driver delivered my pizza to the wrong house and I never received it. But due to Johnathan’s outstanding customer service & professionalism, I was okay with waiting about 15 more mins for my order to be remade and pick it up from the store!
I ordered 1 large, thin crust, pepperoni pizza, 1 small, thin crust supreme pizza, and 12 boneless barbecue wings. The pizzas were awesome as always, but the wings almost seemed as if they were either left under the lamps too long or the sauce was a dry rub because they were not saucy at all…nonetheless, they were still pretty tasty. Believe it or not, all of this cost me about $45-50.
Great Job Johnathan! Keep up the great work as your efforts did not go unnoticed! Little things like this always make a huge difference! I would definitely order again from this location simply because of your efforts!

I Ordered a veg pizza, wish is always fantastic.
I also Ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich and it was terrible, one very small piece of chicken and hardly no bacon etc.
Never get this sandwich and when I called the store to talk about the sandwich, the person who made the sandwich said, that’s just the way we make the them and if want more meat you most pay for it. There was no meat on the sandwich so now I will need to pay double to get meat on the sandwich. Terrible…terrible…terrible SANDWICH!!!

I’m trying to grasp the concept. Why would you deliver my order 25 min late. Then to top it all off, set my pizza on the ground. And not even ring the door bell. Just disrespectful. It took more energy leaning over to set it there , apposed to simply leaving on the table. I’ll never order again eat at donatos.

With all due respect, I must say that this is one of the worst pizzas I have ever bought. It’s almost like baked flour, because this place doesn’t know the quality of the pizzas they claim to make… edge to edge doesn’t exist here… I definitely don’t recommend it. I regret not having the option to upload photos so you can see how poorly prepared they are.
