Had 10 Pizzas ordered for work plus 2 gluten-free ones. Ordered at 10:30(not even opened yet) pick a time to deliver. Spot on pizza was hot and fantastic gluten-free was outstanding. the delivery guy was nice food was super hot and on time.

I am very dissatisfied, I ordered a personal pizza and a sauce cup, I was told the order would be delivered to my home by 8:09. It arrived at 8:44, cold and it’s a veggie pizza so it was disgusting. I called to tell them before it arrived to cancel, the order they told me they didn’t have enough drivers so they had to go through doordash so if I wanted my money back I needed to go through DoorDash. This is ridiculous obviously you can refund my money without canceling the order but they wouldn’t even do that unconcerned and it’s why I don’t deal with the one on crawfordsville road. I would rather take my money all the way to Avon to avoid this kind of foolishness. Poor customer service, cold food. big surprise.

Since they’ve started using a much smaller cup of cheese for your six piece breadstick, they put you in a position you must buy an extra cup. My last order they forgot the extra cup I paid for, this order they put it in there, but they only gave me 5 1/2 breadsticks over cooked, with no garlic… Literally there was one cut in half and the cut side was super hard. I may only order from Donatos‘s twice a year because there’s always something wrong with the food or order. Ridiculous. Don’t get me started on the pizza dough. That was extremely chewy. I should’ve known better looking at all of these reviews. Waste of my money. And clearly management is just responding with stock answers and not doing anything to compensate or take care Us customers.

I placed an order for pick up. Was told to arrive at 4:41pm. I sat at the window for over 10 minutes. Knocked on the window to be given the hand from one of the employees telling me to wait. When she came to the window three minutes later I was told that she’s the only one working and she’s busy and had to start other pizzas. Decent Customer Service would’ve been for her to acknowledge me sitting at the window and let me know. It will be a few more minutes for my pizza. Instead, I the customer was asked to understand that Donatos is short staffed yet my money was taken right away when I placed the order. I work in the Customer Service field and understand that things get busy, chaotic and shortstaffed, but had I been acknowledged when I pulled up to the window and told that it was going to be a few more minutes I would’ve gladly accepted that. It was unacceptable for me to spend almost $45 on pizza and not being acknowledged as a customer, and to be given the hand signaling for me to wait without being acknowledged.

We love this location. Delivery is always in a timely manner. The driver that always delivers our order is excellent!! He’s so nice and friendly and handles our order with care. He’s very professional and courteous as well. Our food is always correct, hot and delicious!! They give us plenty of parmasean and red pepper packets. They make it well done bake just like we request. They have a lot of menu choices from pizza, wings, subs, salads, and sides like breadsticks. I highly recommend this location

Love the pizza but this location has always had slow service. I show up at the pick up time stated but no one is ever at the pick up window. I always have to wait upwards of 10 minutes for someone to come to the window. Many employees look over but never walk up. Order delivery if possible… or you’ll be waitjng

When I first showed up to pick up my Pizza at the time they gave me, it took them an extra 10 minutes to finish my Pizza. Then when I got home realized they gave me the wrong Pizza, I finally went back up to get the right Pizza. It took almost 5 minutes for them to come back to the window again.
