Burnt pizza
They were out of what I ordered and substitute something else with our refunding the difference if you pay extra for thick crust you should get a thick crust if you pay extra for a large and all they have is medium you should not be charged for a large
Did come back for a refund after opening the pizza box and finding it to be totally burnt manger on duty struggled at completing this still waiting for my card to be refunded.
Didn’t seem to know what they were doing set the head to oven set to the wrong temperature no spicales or coupons

I am not sure what you have done but the pizzas are horrible. Donates used to be my favorite, then thongs changed so I started getting pizza from other providers. They were closed so I decided to try Donato again.
The grit on the bottom of the pizza doesn’t make sense, gets all over my clothing. The crust tastes like flour, dough and over powers everything else. I had olives, banana peppers and pepperoni. All I could taste was flour.
Please go back to the way you made pizza decades ago. I just threw the rest of the pizza away it was that bad.

Fantastic!!! First time ordering. Food fresh and tasty! From the toppings to the sauce to the crust! The apple pie pizza is a nice desert option. If you’re ordering from a hotel, be prepared to go outside to receive your order. No biggie, just a little caught off guard as you see others delivering to the other hotel rooms.

I watched the employees take a DoorDash order from a dasher to give to a customer in the window. Making the dasher and their customer wait even longer for them to remake the pizza. I hope you understand that the dashers are like your delivery service. Making the dasher and their customer wait. This has happened several times. Maybe work on this and think it through before your rude to dashers

I have never in my life until tonight seen a Donatos rising crust pizza (Update) I called the store tonight to get the $20 credit that was promised by Jamar and Jamar the night manager took our order tonight, and said he was applying a $20 discount. When we went online to total the order to see what it would be, it was the same price. Airway shopping center donatos has permanently lost 3 customers. “OH you get deals online and we’re not giving you that and taking the 20 off the total cost. ” I NEVER ORDER OVER THE PHONE ANY WAY! A lot of good calling the manager did.

Our pizza was undercooked and missing toppings, our wings came very burnt and tasted awful.
When we called to complain which we never do the manager told us that she could not redeliver the wings because they were closing in 15 minutes, but when she answered the phone she asked if it was for pickup or delivery.

This was my first experience with this chain and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I love pizza and I have never not demolished even the most mediocre of pies. This was the exception; the sauce was too salty, the crust was soggy on the thin crust, the hand tossed was dripping with sauce, and the there were literally only 20 pepperonis on the each large pizza. My eight year old chose to make himself something to eat at home because he disliked the taste so much; let that sink in. To top it all off, it was overpriced. My wife ordered a salad and received a laughable portion.

We have tried this location multiple times, we live in a grey area. In Beavercreek but on the edge of Riverside. The last time we called and used the AI answering system. It took our order and our money. Never showed up, they closed at 10, we ordered at 8:45. We did get our money returned the next day. Luckily Cousin Vinnys was still open and delivered a perfect order. We tried Donatos online ordering tonight, hoping for better results then calling. Well…order was said to be 45-55 minutes away. After 90 minutes we called and were told it was out for delivery. Our order showed up about 10 minutes later, cold and no sour cream for our chicken mariachi pizza. We will not be ordering from this location again.
