Customer service is gone I believe. Ordered online for pick up, saw several people working, so the restaurant wasn’t short staff. Pizza was ordered and gave a 8:08 ready time…. Received it a half hour later… no apology, breadsticks sat in the window from the time we arrived early at 7:45 to 8:40. Paid over $65 for tonight’s dinner.

Sandwiches that were ordered were terrible. Wasn’t the greatest experience. I understand they could of been low staffed and with the weather issues but doesn’t effect how badly the order was made. Sandwiches had little to nothing on them and the lettuce and tomato on one of the sandwiches were put in the oven as well instead of after taken out.

I chose donatos over all of the other pizza options in the area because their pizza tastes the best. The meats and veggies they use taste fresh and not something out of a can or something that has been sitting around all day. I’ll definitely buy from her again.

Our order was correct and hot. Placed a carry out 35 min prior, still had to wait 10 min. I’d order again, but acknowledge they are slower than the wait times shown online.

The cheese sticks were burnt. I paid 3.09 for 3 sticks. Very overpriced especially when they were burnt. One of the pizzas (the pepperoni one) was slightly burnt but at least it was edible.
