Ordered it over the weekend. Haven’t had it in a long time very delicious but they did mess up my pizza. Contacted the manager Joe. Absolutely amazing. He took care of me and I ordered another pizza this weekend. Mariachi Pizza beef or chicken is a must try. Really haven’t tried anything else. By mistake it was a margarita pizza that reminded me of cheese sticks with tomatoes on it. Thanks Liz

Our first time to order from Donado’s & we decided to pick up instead of eating there. I didn’t realize when I ordered the special I was getting a thin crust pizza. We prefer hand tossed but that was my mistake. Thin crust was tasty but not as filling. We loved that they gave plates & accessories with the order. Bread sticks were delicious. Next time I would like to eat there as the restaurant looks really nice inside.

The pizza is delicious with a generous amount of toppings. One of the few pizza places that actually puts enough sauce on the pizza so it is not overpowered by the cheese. I would recommend Donatos Pizza for a great pizza experience!

They could not manage to take my order over the phone until I spoke to a manager took 10 minutes to place a simple order . Ordered for delivery, an hour later I went to pick up, they gave me a free cheese pizza for the hassle and also gave me the two hour plus old pizzas I ordered. Will not order from this store ever again.

I ordered a hot chicken pizza which I always get from there and it was great. However, I ordered an Italian side salad and it came up incredibly short. Barely any lettuce in the bowl and was missing the pepperoni. How someone could make this salad and feel comfortable giving it to a customer is beyond me. There is barely enough product in there to cover the bottom of the bowl. If you want to make that tiny of a salad then put it in a much smaller bowl.

Ordered the Hot Chicken with the “famous thin” crust and it was delicious! Cut perfectly for sharing as well. Ordered some wings to try as well and they were OK.

Ordered through Grubhub because I had some credit. Showed up and they didn’t make it, told me they didn’t have their Grubhub machine on. Didn’t offer any other solution, like free breadsticks or any type of credit, just out of luck and I’m waiting 30 minutes for pizza. Thanks Donatos!

This is such a waste of real estate, it’s a decent space that could be a good restaurant. Instead the atmosphere is weird, dead quiet and empty. It’s like a pizza looking fast food place. I assume they are able to pay rent because a lot of people order, which is unfortunate because it’s a waste of a restaurant. They should just have a delivery-only kitchen and deliver to everyone who thinks their pizza is edible, they would make the same amount of money with much lower overhead. Then a real restaurant could open there. Speaking of the pizza, it’s terrible. Like frozen/fast food pizza. Zeppe’s is better two feet away, and Luca’s is the best pizza in the region and is in delivery range.
