My wife and I hit the drive thru often. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The food is always hot and fresh. When we dine in the dining room is clean and neat. The manager runs a tight ship! Keep up the great work!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after several disappointing experiences, I feel like I need to share this.
Over the last few months, we’ve ordered from this location multiple times, and unfortunately it’s been one issue after another. The first time, I went through the drive-through to pick up a pizza. I sat at the window for several minutes with no one coming to help. I knocked, waved, and could clearly see two employees inside talking. Eventually, someone came over and handed me the food, but it was frustrating to feel completely ignored.
Another time, I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, the drive-through line was wrapped around the building. I decided to park and go inside instead, only to find the front door locked. So I had no choice but to get back in line and wait over 30 minutes just to pick up an order I had already paid for.
Last night was what really did it for us. My husband went to pick up our order and again, no one came to the window. He knocked and waved, and after waiting, he actually had to open the window and call inside for someone to help him. When we finally got the pizza home, both of us ended up with food poisoning.
I try to be understanding, but after repeated service issues and now getting sick, we won’t be returning to this location.

I’m giving the manager a 5 star review. Brittany is competent, helpful, and professional. Donatos is lucky to have her. She used to manage the Papa John’s on Bethel, and that Papas has been a hot mess since she left.

I don’t understand why there was nobody in here at this time this evening, but the guy at the counter was an absolute boss and Was super friendly walking in the door, happy to greet me and my boyfriend and chat for a bit . Thought that was super cool. Pizza came out after 10 minutes and was absolutely delicious. Definitely going to come here more often.

UNLOCK YOUR DOORS. This is insane. I placed a pick up order, I can see a ton of orders ready under the hot lamp, but the only way to get the order is the drive through window. Cars completely wrapped around the building and sitting still. Haven’t moved in 5 minutes. This is the least efficient and least customer focused experience I’ve ever had here. There is absolutely no reason there can’t be someone inside handing out orders that have been sitting there waiting. Or if you want to lock all of your customers out then at least do curbside. This makes no sense at all.

Been here many times and the pizza is always good, fresh and tasty. Tonight I went and they actually gave my pizza away to someone else by mistake. The employee (may have been the boss) was very apologetic and caring. She handled the situation well, had a new pizza made in 10 minutes and it was probably the best pizza I’ve had from there. Mistakes happen, it’s all good and they did a a great job. Will return for sure

Donatos is one of my favorite pizza chains. They’re few and far between where I used to live, so I was pleasantly surprised to find many out here in Columbus! Kenny road location is the first I’ve tried out here and the food was great. Went through drive thru pickup so can’t review regarding in store and employees but received great service in drive thru.

Ordered from the app which has a lot to be desired but the staff was super friendly and sorted out the issues while I was there.
