Man what happen to my bowl. It was small portions not even steak I see. Do I have to tip more to receive a nice portion. Very sad plate. The bowl is bigger then the meal.

DoorDash guy here. One of my favorite cheap healthier meals as fitness and resistance training are very important to me. I have been ordering from them since the spring pretty regularly till recently. Healthy portions I always get double meat. Most of the time they will even hook you up. But for $30, this is such a small slap in the face. It looks nice. It’s tasty but a single serving of steak at best. This is like the third time in a row and likely the last time this is just too expensive and it feels like such a rip off right now and I’m still hungry and very disappointed and $30 broke.

Great food, the carnitas salad is delicious. Super service by friendly folks. Even nice pull through parking in back if you have a trailer or RV. Only negative points are for the single hole bathroom, seems inadequate for a place that seats 50 people. Had to wait in line to use the restroom. Still I’ll be back, the food and atmosphere is worth it

Bit into a piece of metal that was in our chicken bowl. Tried calling to at least inform the restaurant but got an AI person asking me to go online so as not to disturb employees. Went online and explained only to have AI chat say they’ll review it and then close the chat. Pretty poor response about something that could be a major health and safety concern.

This is my 3rd time at this location (just moved here end of Aug) and Nicole, the manager, has the BEST hospitality. Her team is very well routines and personable! One of the best Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Always stocked with fresh food! Great job, guys!

The service was great but the food was horrible!! I got the bowl of brown rice with pinto beans, steak & guacamole. The rice was hard and the steak was not done, it was red in the middle and it was tough to chew and full of fat and the beans were dry. And the portions were really small for the price I paid. The only thing that was decent was the guacamole. I will not be coming back to this location.

Closest location to Seabrook for me and I love that they have a drive-thru. I’ve never had a problem picking up food or dining in although the place is usually dirty with tables not being cleaned and the floors not being swept. I don’t know if I’d dine in again but my burrito bowls are always perfect when doing curbside.

When a few days ago and placed an online order through the app for 9:10 pm. I got a quesdilla and a chicken salad.
I got into the drive thru at 9:07 and expected to wait 8 or so minutes since I got their earlier.
The lady when I pulled up said my food was almost done and it should only be a few minutes.
I waited 20 minutes, I watched her make my quesadilla and chicken salad after 10 minutes and talk for the other 10.
Not to mention when I get the food home the chicken is now steak and as seen in the picture my quesadilla had the paper ATTACHED to it. Absolutely disgusting, this was my 2nd time ever trying Chipotle and to say im disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. Is that how all of them are?
Then my mom and I both woke up at midnight with horrible stomach aches and nausea. The one star is for the chips and Mexican soda since those were the only good things I had.

I am very disappointed in the taste and the customer service or shall I say the lack thereof. This was my second visit within a 24 hour span and I had never wanted to patronize this business since it’s inception. I’d tried to dine at Chipotle in the past dating back to 2008, but could N-E-V-E-R get a good taste from the overall dish other than citrus and salt placed on the add-ons. It appears the taste depends on who’s preparing the meat. Well, I placed an order for a chicken bowl with queso blanco. Never again! The taste of the meat wasn’t the same as ordered 24 hours before. Plus, I was charged twice for one bowl. I was told that the original transaction failed. It didn’t. I’ll NEVER attempt to patronize this company again. It’s cheaper to prepare a bowl at home. I knew better and now I know better!
