Wow! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to this Donatos. The tables and decor are nice, they offer board games for the duration of the visit, their staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is well priced and tastes good! (perhaps a bit spicy)

I ordered two pieces through the app and pay for them in the app. I went to the I went to the pick up area and the girl said we only have one register you have to wait no I shouldn’t have to wait. That’s the whole purpose of ordering through the app and paying online. I should be able to walk in there and grab my pizza and leave the fact that the girl told me I have to wait for the register, defeats the whole purpose of online ordering

I have been searching for Donatos Pizza since they shut down in the Carolina’s when I was a kid. I thought they were all bought up by Red Robin (who can’t make donatos pizza correctly btw, I’ve tried it). I was so excited that when we came to visit for the 2024 eclipse we ran into this very donatos pizza location.
Got a large pepperoni like my dad used to get me and by brother when we were kids coming home from soccer practice… incredibly the pizza tastes exactly like my childhood memory.

I ordered a chicken spinach mozzarella pizza, salad and a drink about 20 minutes before the start of OSU football game, and still had my order, fresh and perfect, about 10 minutes sooner than the estimate. Great job Donatos!

We live in Columbus but have family in WCH so we have ordered carry out from this location multiple times. The order has always been correct, and it’s always been hot and ready at the promised time. The amount of toppings and the cook on the thin crust pizzas has been perfect every time. The two Donatos locations near our house have never been as good as this Donatos in order accuracy or taste. One tip to anyone ordering: we prefer the “thick sauce” to the standard “thin sauce;” you can change the sauce type under Special Instructions when you order on the app.

The wings were under cooked (would not eat them) the dressing was put inside box with the wings which made it hot (who like hot dressing) the pizza was cold . Order was late, management was rude and had zero F’s to give. Will never order from there again.

Today I made a mobile order at 12:10 to be picked up at 2:30. I arrived at 2:41 to find my order not ready. I completely understand being short handed, as the gentleman at the window explained, but with that much time in advance for the order, that really shouldn’t be an issue if they have any kind of time management. I made my food choices knowing I only have a half hour between jobs to pick up lunch and commute, I now find myself without food for the rest of my work day, and have used in app rewards that I’m sure will not be returned to me, as I had no choice but to cancel the order.
I normally wouldn’t bother posting a negative review, but their drive thru window was begging for google reviews so they can win a contest. I hope that while being honest with my dissatisfaction, I also helped them get closer to their goal.
