I come here just about every week to sit and read my book while eating my pizza. Tonight is my last visit. The service is very hit n miss. Mostly miss. I confess that I order a pizza that’s not conventional, but after a whole year, I’d think that we could get things right. I wish you guys the best of luck.

Worst Donatos pizza ever. Asked for it well done, not burnt. Had it delivered. Took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I live 7 minutes away. I would’ve picked it up myself, but I am too sick to go anywhere. The delivery driver started to tell me that wow I live so far off the beaten path. It took him so long to get here which is not true. I live across from Pickerington Central high school. He said the pizza was piping hot. The pizza was not hot at all. Warm at best. It tasted and looked like it had been microwaved. And it appeared the delivery driver got hungry on the way over.

Spent $41 on 2 pizzas today 9/13. It had burnt crust and enough sauce for 4 pizzas. This is the worst pizza ever purchased from Donatos. Also the recording to order is a joke. She doesn’t take time to listen. Pizza had to be trashed. Need a refund and probably won’t be back at this location.

During a recent visit to the store, I experienced an unprofessional and humiliating interaction with the General Manager, Ethan. While talking to another employee about needing my door dash bag, Ethan abruptly waived his hand in my face to get my attention. When I calmly expressed that his gesture was rude, he responded by saying I was ignoring him, but at no point did I know he was talking to me so I advised that this is not the proper way to address someone. He was also already speaking with someone else at the moment, so not sure why he felt the need to chime in. He threatened to block me from picking up future orders from the location(this is all happening in front of everyone in the lobby). I also overheard him instructing an employee to “get me out of his store.” At no point was I rude, aggressive, or confrontational-I also never even refused to go get my bag either, so I am unsure of where the animosity came from. The encounter was unexpected, disrespectful, and left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome when Ive came to this location for years. I would really appreciate it if someone would contact me.

I JUST ordered Hot honey pepperoni and they put everything on it BUT the honey! Thats what sets it off…smh and if they did put any on it, its a dot of a dab. Didn’t see honey on either slice or even the residue that’s usually in the box. I usually order this near my work location and you can visibly see and taste the honey. There was no honey on this (sad face)

The food is good. The staff is fine. The specific issue is that online ordering is a mess. – Once in your online cart, an order cannot be edited or removed. To get rid of an item, you have to log out and start over. The prices are often wrong, costing significantly more AFTER you check out. I am not the only customer with this issue and have vontacted Donatos without a resolution.

We don’t have Donatos in East Tennessee and The Works is my ultimate favorite. I make an annual trip to the Columbus area just to visit Donatos. PLEASE expand to EAST Tennessee.
