These are the kindest employees. I placed an order online then got held up and arrived for my pizza over an hour late. They were making a new pizza for me when I got there. It was my fault that the pizza wasn’t fresh, I would never have expected them to remake it. What thoughtful people.

They have nice workers and delivery drivers. You have to know what to order though because you can be disappointed here. The subs are solid, if you get pizza only get the thin crust (thicker and hand-tossed are consistently doughy and have too much sauce), and avoid the calzones.

I tried the thicker crust again recently and requested light sauce and they seemed to put double sauce and they pizza is underbaked which compounds the issue. I don’t get it. The workers are kind but even DiGiorno would beat this food. Look elsewhere.

Use to love their subs. They were terrible tonight. You couldn’t even taste the meat on them. One small piece of ham on one, and hardly any chicken on the other one. We won’t be eating there again.

Pizza was good, but we could only talk to an AI to order it.
The computer completely messed up the order and we had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for the correct one. The AI could also not answer the question of address confirmation. It completely ignored the question. There was no option to talk to a human.
They did give us $3 off.

I ordered double pepperoni and double sausage and at first it wasn’t correct. I called them and they were very nice and extremely apologetic. I really appreciate them not giving me a hard time and they corrected it and have a new one for free! Staff is always really nice and delivery driver was very sweet.

The girl Worling the pickup window on 12-26-25 was a miserable, rude human being. Pulled up 3 times and when it was finally done I said Thank you and she just closed the window on me..Terrible customer service.

They have replaced people with an AI phone system. System did not submit our order and when we showed up said they didn’t have order. Walked inside to replace order and no one came to take it. Called another location and said this happens frequently. How much are you saving cutting the order process for pizza out of talking to a person?

My husband took me Saturday night 8:00pm, the dining area was very nice, the waiter was great. The female kitchen help was LOUD & rude. I asked for my sub to be cut in 1/4’s, I could here every word she said regarding my request. I normally do not get upset but Tracy’s comment was ” What , I did not say anything bad, they can come talk to me” , at this point I asked if she was a manager, she is not. I found it very rude for the volume & tone that was being used with patrons dining in.
