Order from here and usually have no issues. I ordered a hot honey pizza with mushrooms on half and banana peppers on the whole pizza get home to find out they didn’t put any of the hot honey on it. So I called in and spoke to a manager or someone higher up they said it was attached to my number/account so I was confused and called back in today because I needed to just make sure and then the supervisor on the phone was being rude and yelling telling me it’s in the system it’ll be free doesn’t let me finish then finally lets me ask if it’s just his store or on my account and he says his store so every time he interrupted me being loud and just telling me its free its taken care of instead of letting me speak.

Very disappointed with our order tonight. Big Don sub was very thin , with few fillings, and dried out. Calzones was awful. Burnt crust and very dried out. Dessert cinnamon bread was burnt and crusty. We normally have good food from this location, but will go somewhere else next time. I took pictures of everything but sub.

The food quality is always fairly good and consistent at this donatos location. I typically order extra sauce cups and they are never with my order. I always have to ask and I’m told they should be. I have to open the box myself and tell them no, they’re not here again. This can be very tiresome. Somebody needs to be checking the orders for things like extra sauces. After all, they’re a dollar each, they’re not free.

I recently ordered 2 pizzas and a sub from this location.
I had hair on the sub which I chalked as a coincidence, removed it and continued eating. I got home and put the pizzas on the table, came back and assumed my wife had eaten a few pieces.
Upon talking to her, she hadn’t seen or touched the pizzas, indicating someone at the store must’ve removed slices. This also led me to believe the hair was no longer a coincidence.
I called the store and spoke to the GM who was rude and accused me of lying, saying her and her Asst. Manager made and cut the pizza, saying her Asst. Manager’s hair is blue, although the gentleman who handed me the pizza through the window had completely different hair color (sandy blonde).
Her smart remarks such as they eat pizza for free and when they want were nothing short of a slight toward me, when I have zero reason to waste anyone’s time. I’m not one to complain but when you pay for food, you expect it to be sanitarily handled and again, could’ve gotten past the hair, removing slices is over the top.

Amazing thin crust pizza… I’d never thought I’d say this but I really wish this franchise exists in North Beach (Little Italy in San Francisco)!!! I live there, proud of my hometown and its Italian heritage but I dare say Donato’s pizza is superior to Tony’s Pizza, North Beach Pizza and the Pizza Guy (the three best pizza places in North Beach, San Francisco, California). The crust is tasty, the toppings go all the way to the edge, the balance of tomato sauce, cheese and toppings is perfect. Wish it’s not Only in Ohio!

We had such a great experience thanks to Barbara at Donatos! She went out of her way to bring us plates, napkins, and even a miniature size cup for our toddler. She was so sweet and attentive the entire time. There was a small mix-up with our dessert, and she handled it with such grace and gladly switched it out for us. I wish I had cash to leave her a tip—she truly deserved it. Thank you, Barbara, for making our visit so pleasant!
