Like I’m sure many others did, I had to treat myself to the heart-shaped pizza that was a special offer during Valentine’s. I ordered extra pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives and let me tell you… It was delicious! I also tried the garlic asiago bread and my main disappointment was I ordered an extra marinara sauce but when I went through my order once I got home, I realized it was not there.

Donatos truly came through for me in a time crunch. I needed to pivot to a new pizza spot only a few hours before a large event after another vendor was unable to accommodate our order, and Donatos handled the situation with incredible efficiency and care.
I was especially surprised that the owner personally reached out to assist and ensure everything was taken care of. That level of attention and follow-through made a huge difference and gave me confidence that the order was in good hands.
The in-store staff were also fantastic—helpful, responsive, and quick to support a same-day, large order without hesitation. The pizza arrived promptly, was well prepared, and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at the event.
I’m grateful to the entire Donatos team for stepping in and delivering under pressure. Their customer service and professionalism were outstanding, and they will be my first call for my next event.

The superstar here is Aaron. Absolute 10/10 service and personality from him, and the pizza was 10/10 as well. This is top-tier “tavern style” pizza from the Midwest. Amazing thin crispy crust, loaded with pepperoni edge to edge. I can honestly say this was probably the most friendly and personable stop at a pizza place I’ve ever had. Donato’s use to be in Atlanta many years ago, but they all closed and left. I recently went to Ohio for a trip and found out that they are alive and well in Ohio. I decided to find locations and I was super excited to find out there were several in Atlanta. I went to the Toco Hills location. This location is mainly focused on take-out and delivery, and has some tables for dine-in.
The pizzas are amazing and the dough was the star of the show! It was amazing. The toppings were generous and fresh. Service was amazing. The pizza came out looking like the menu. It is well worth it!

Unfortunately, there is nothing about this Denado’s location that I would consider memorable. As a matter of fact, it was completely unimpressive from start to finish. The individual pizza was very very light on toppings, only OK flavor, and not fulfilling. I was quite amazed that the manager/owner was sitting in the restaurant chatting with someone and never bothered to say hello to myself or other customers. I am quite unsure why they bother to advertise and send out coupons if you’re not willing to recognize and acknowledge your most valuable asset, which are your customers. There are much better pizza, locations nearby, rather than going to Donatos. I cannot in good faith recommend eating takeout or dine in at this location.

Wonderful experience. I drove over an hour to get there, and a little bit longer on the way home. She asked me to please hold off on putting the dressing on the Three big don Italian subs. Also made sure that I needed . Plate,nap,parm. Also was so very much putting herself in my position as I said loosely that I am calling in an order on the way to the restaurant and she asked me twice before I could understand reason she asked me what time gps said and she said I will have to be placed in the pickup window five minutes after my arrival time. Gps was a bit slower but when I walked in the door for my first time ever at this location and she smiled at my with a very warm welcome. She turns to the register and spins around without a thought and said wait you are boo and your order was…. Exactly what I asked for special instructions met to perfection….. I drove from Canton GA. BTW… Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was great to be treated like I was little brother of a wonderful business loving young lady….. Sis took care of all my needs. Thank you again so refreshing that young lady could honestly that could possibly happen inside of the restaurant. The welcome feeling was very much like a big hug from family.. thank you if she ever had the opportunity to open and run a franchise of her own my money would be on her hands down. PS I came from eating at the original donatos in Columbus Ohio.. also the product is exactly as I remembered. Thank you again for not taking any shortcuts . I was in the store at2:17 pm
