I ordered food here on November 5th, 2025 during lunch time. When I came to this restaurant there was only 1 person on register. This individual seemed like he did NOT want to be there. Very short with me and with sense of hospitality. The biggest issue for this 1 star review is due to my order being incorrect and what happened afterwards. When I got to my table I realized my order was incorrect. When I walked up to the gentleman, I addressed it with him and he asked for the burger back. He then took the burger out of the bag, rewrapped it, and placed it BACK on the warmer for the next guest. He did this knowing I had already taken the food, opened the items, inspected them, and touched them. This is strongly against food safety protocol and extremely unsanitary. I was very grossed out by this action. As someone who works in fast food I understand the fast pace and how draining it can be. However, food safety is there for a reason.
Please don’t visit this restaurant. If this is how they handle food in the register area, I am very concerned on how the kitchen handles food safety. This action is how people get sick.
The burger was also very bland and tasteless. The fries were good though!

Bro i ordered a PLAIN CHICKEN SANDWICH to get with veggies but it was the cashier fault cuz he didn’t put my order right put this on the side I LITERALLY TOLD one of the stuff that am allergic to bacon so tell them to change their gloves AND SHE LITERALLY IGNORED ME even though she heared me cuz she looked at me and i kept saying the same thing to her to make sure that they change their gloves and she kept ignoring me and gave me her back and then when i asked the cashier he asked one of cookers i guess and he said that he chamged his gloves even though I didn’t believe him yall better find a beeter and respect stuff cuz why the hell am i paying my money and get ignored!!!!!!

Overall, they met all my expectations. My kids wanted some fast food they recognized, and BK did that for them. They got to have a burger made to their liking and chicken nuggets. They got the order right, the food was hot, and the food was made quickly.
I only wish the drink options for the kids meals were easier to see on the menu. Honest Apple Juice tastes watered down, so they did not like it. But the fries, burger, and nuggets were eaten up.
Overall, they met all my expectations. It is a perfectly fine fast food burger.
