The Buffalo chicken pizza was okay. The Italian sub (hot) with pepperoni and Asian sauced wings were delicious!
Delivery was about 45-60 minutes from the time I ordered. Not too bad because it was FRESH and hot.
I would order again visit for the sub or wings not so much the pizza. The 10in pizza was big enough for me to eat over 2.5 days. Although, as far as taste, it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary to me.

The pizza is absolutely soaked in honey to the point it’s soggy & it wasn’t even 15 minutes out the oven. I don’t know if this is some type of joke but delivering a pizza that’s more soggy than a wet sponge means you should not be serving food. Most disgusting food I’ve ever had served.

This is hands down in the best pizza around! I had it for the first time last year and have been hooked ever since. My go to is their signature thin crust pepperoni but the BBQ Chicken with the ranch drizzle and an extra shake of the parm-ramano blend is EVERYTHING!!

Awful customer service and phone ordering when online isn’t sufficient. Had to call order in, took 20 minutes in total over two phone calls to get our order correct and correctly billed and delivered. This has happened multiple times at this location and often our order is cold. No online option for cheeseless pizza and poor /incompetent order taking makes great pizza not worth the trouble ordering. We now just go to Mellow mushroom.

I have eaten at this food chain in Ohio and i like the pizza. But here the pizza was sub-par and oily, we ordered sausage and pepperoni. We decided to eat inside, since we came along way to eat. We had to clean our table, we thought they would call us or bring the pizza to us. After waiting sometime we went to the counter to retrieve the pizza. By then it was warm. There were several people working but no service provided.

I love Donatos! I’m from Ohio so I have loved them for 30 plus years…but my 2 stars came from Drew. His customer service skills and knowledge was horrible. He didn’t know nothing. Normally when I go in there the customer service is 10. Drew needs to retrain.

This was my first order that was delivered via uber eats: a large pepperoni pizza, two side orders of breadsticks with sauce (unsure of the number each side order contains) and a 2 liter soda. The tape used as a security measure was a HUGE failure and was a bad attempt to protect the pizza. The pizza sauce has a bitter aftertaste. The total number of breadsticks was four. There was a faint garlic flavor to them. The marinera sauce was bland, slightly bitter. The garlic sauce was similar to Papa John’s version of garlic sauce. There were two strips of tape on the breadsticks bag. This tape may be removed without causing damage to the surface if removed slowly. The only likes of this order was the soda, the pepperonis and the garlic sauce. The crust was like Dominos and was uneven whereas a small portion of the crust was more puffy but the majority of the crust was flat. No, I will not reorder from this place. I was nervous to eat the pizza and to share it based on that loose piece of tape. It tells me that the owner or manager did not try to really secure the pizza.

I tried this place for the first time last night and it was delicious! I had the cauliflower spinach mozzarella pizza and a salad. Very fresh and yummy. The pizza is thin crust so I don’t feel as guilty! The only suggestion I have is to make a home made salad dressing instead of the Ken’s packets. We will be a regular here for sure!
