Just moved here from the West Coast. Grew up in LA. I’ve gotta say, it was good enough I’d go back. We got the Esquites (corn in a cup) was a little creamier than I’m used to but was good. We also got the Birria tacos and the chilaquiles in a box. The verde salsa has a perfect kick to it on the chilaquiles. Looking forward to going back and trying the normal street tacos and a torta! For a first timer, it was a good experience.

I’ll preface this with the fact that I’ve only been here twice. The two times I’ve been, I was greeted with a “what do you want” and a blank stare lol. I was charged $17 the first visit (corn in a cup and chicken quesadilla) and $22 the second (large queso and special nachos). He had an handheld device so I just gave my card and that was that. Normally on the handheld devices, it’ll run the card then ask for tip. I never saw the screen. All items have prices on the menu aside from the queso. I never received a receipt on either visit. The first time I just assumed I read the prices wrong and blamed myself for not reading correctly. The second time, I was in a rush and didn’t notice the charge amount til the next day. $22 for a large queso and special nachos? Receipt or not, the menu prices do not add up to $22 for those two items. The food is good… but I won’t be back solely because of the price discrepancy and no receipt being given to confirm prices charged.

The food was very good. Even though from what I could see there was only one person working there, the service was still done at a reasonable speed. I got the tortas de birria and the meat was so tender and full of flavor, and the sandwich didn’t fall apart like a lot of tortas I’ve had. Best taco truck I’ve been to in Missouri so far.

I was excited to try this Mexican food. I am from California so trust me when I see a Mexican food truck I am stopping. I got Carne Asada burrito with sour cream. Well that’s what I ordered. No sour cream. First for 10 dollars this burrito is about the same size as Taco Bell burrito. The tortilla was small the burrito kept falling apart. The flavor was not there. It was hot and fresh but no flavor. So disappointed. I will try them again. I always give restaurants two try’s.

Love this place. Have been here several times and the street tacos are phenomenal. The Pastor and Steak tacos are great, but tonight I had the Tacos De Birria and they were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Reasonable prices and quick service. Highly recommend!

We got the dorinachos with chicken, street tacos with chorizo, and queso with cheese. It was AMAZING! The chicken was very flavorful and the chorizo is the best we’ve had. We highly recommend this food truck.

Best tacos in Bolivar! My husband and I moved here from New Mexico. We have struggled to find good Mexican food in the area (NM has great Mexican food on every corner…you can see the dilemma). I had the tacos al pastor and my husband had the birria. The food was great! We will eat here again.
