This is the best pizza joint in town. They also have one of the best bartenders named Tino. Tino basically reads your mind and knows what you want before you want it. This location also has the best BLT with a bottom and top crust. The atmosphere inside is unique and upbeat. They also added an additional large building for virtual golf. The floor actually moves elevations and adjusts accordingly to your shot. I’ve seen nothing like that before. It’s always a fun experience here. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.

My only regret is that I didn’t try this place sooner after having lived in Newark for over five years. Everything exceeded my expectations. Place was really cool inside. Loved the bar decor. Service was quick and friendly. Appetizers (cheesy garlic bread and onion rings were just as I like them), Hawaiian pizza had a ton of toppings and was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be putting this place in my regular rotation.

We frequent the establishment regularly with friends. On our last visit we were less than impressed. They were out of sub buns except for child size. We were promised two child size subs but only received one and a half. Not to mention each sub was delivered at a different time…the last one delivered after everyone else was done eating. When I spoke to the manager to explain my displeasure, I was blown off and they acted like they didn’t care. The following day I called asked to speak to a manager and end up speaking to some young kid that claimed to be the owner. I explained my situation from the night before, and he said he would check into it. He returned a call and said he had watched the tape and my sub came out only nine minutes after everyone else’s, which is not correct. I explained I was displeased and He said he didn’t need my patronage and they were doing fine without me. I will not be returning to this establishment and I would not recommend it

We reserved a golf bay for immediately after work – 4:30. We wanted a beer. The girl behind the bar did not come to wait on us, although the place was not busy. She wouldn’t leave behind the bar. So, I went up and ordered a few beers. We continued to golf. I wondered where our beers were, so I turned around and saw two beers sitting on the bar. She had gotten the beers and never even told us they were there! Certainly, she would not deliver them five feet to our golf bay…. We wanted some food. She never asked, brought us a menu, or anything. I yelled from the bay, “Can we order some food?” She nodded yes. I then yelled to her, “Could we get some fried pepperonis?”
We ordered our favorite pizza and boneless wings to go.
Good grief. Lazy service. Her tip reflected. If she had provided good service, her tip certainly would have reflected that, instead. She contributes nothing to the greatness potential of Don and Sues! Perhaps better training is necessary.
We love Tino at the front bar. He is always on it.

Didn’t get to the party until later but there was plenty of food. I don’t generally like cold pizza but this was pretty good for cold so I believe it would have been outstanding warm or hot. Service was good and the atmosphere just left me with a smile on my face. I’m looking forward to coming back and getting a fresh order. I would definitely say give this place a try.

Came for another family visit and if it is even possible our pizza and service was better this visit. My beer was super cold, our waitress was kind and helpful (thank you so much). I am excited to see what my next visit gives me.
My heart and soul are with this business. I have been eating pizza from them for 30+ years. Three different locations that I can remember. This newest location is super neat. Retro vibes, sports memorabilia, and lots of automotive themes are present. When I moved back to Columbus after many years, Don and Sue’s was at the top of my list to enjoy. Great pizza, excellent beer variety, and kind smiling faces. Thank you for keeping fond memories alive!

I’ve said it already but needs to said again. Just tried it again and since they moved from the old location they have changed the crust and the cheese. The pizza is not even close to what it was in the old location. I told my self I was done with Don & Sue’s when they changed the crust back when they moved but we were in the area and my wife asked to eat there again . Well she and I agreed never again will we step foot in Don & Sue’s. We have to many other great local pizza joints to eat at .

We won’t be back. I had a pizza and fried pickles delivered. The pizza crust was stale, and the pickles soggy. Called back to have order remade. The cook/manager sounded annoyed and said they’d only do it if we brought it back. I get it, people are crappy. Problem is I ordered the same pizza the week prior and it was fantastic! I’m not trying to screw the restaurant out of a $13 pizza. So now I’ve paid for a delivery fee, tip, and still have to go out and get a pizza. I even told them to forget the pickles. The remake was just as bad. Disappointed.

Has to be one of the best pot roast subs in OH. Fresh and melts in your mouth. Very warm ambiance as there is plenty of parking, sport themes, and friendly staff.
