Food is fine when you get what you order, but odds are, you won’t. When you realize they gave you 4 plain flour tortillas instead of your $20 worth of tacos, there is no need to fret the conversation, because they hang up on you immediately after saying “Hello”. The food is far too mid to justify terrible service. Never again.

Been coming here for months love it always get great portions and good quality food today. My pola Crema chicken was very fatty and chewy like gristle. I went up front and told them about it and all he could say is we just order the chicken and cook it I can’t help it that it’s grissly. He did not try to fix me another plate and he did not try to take it off my bill when I got back to the table, the waitress had already taken the plate off my table. Maybe I was gonna take that gristle to my dogs so now I paid for gristle and didn’t even get to take it home from the dogs nor did they compensate me I will not be coming back.

Needed a table big enough for my family and it was no problem. Called ahead of time to let them know there would be a party of 10 coming. Our server was right on top of everything fast courteous, friendly, and our food came quickly after we finally decided what we all wanted. Everything looks so good. I don’t remember the name of my dish, but it was good. You have to try their cheese covered fries. You won’t regret it. We’ve always been very pleased when we go to Don Ramon.

Excellent experience. Even though I showed up about 30 minutes before closing time, they took great care of me and the food was good and fresh. The servers were friendly and helpful. I would happily visit again.

Service was excellent, really quick. The server always checked on us and conversed with my husband in Spanish. We ordered chicken tacos, the Pollo Yucatan and Chile Colorado. All were yummy but my stomach was too small to finish my meal, so we were able to box it up and take it home. The shrimps were cooked very well and I was enjoying myself. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, gives off family restaurant vibes for sure. They have cubicle seats, and dimmed yellow lighting which makes it more relaxing. The toilets were pretty clean and sanitiser is available outside the toilet. The family history is also interesting so we got to read some of it as we waited. They give tortilla chips with salsa as you decide what you want to eat. Thanks for the lovely experience we will be back!

First time here. We don’t get to this side of town often, so never had the inclination until today. We were not disappointed. We did come fairly early, there was no crowd yet, so the service was great. The food did not disappoint either. We will definitely come back.

Rice burnt. Chicken had a weird smell & when we sent it back we wasn’t offered anything else in place , no apologies etc. Mgmt said “Well no one else has complained of it” . Queso was cold & the acp came out not once but twice with no queso. Server was okay. No refills but Hey, we won’t be back nor do we recommend !!!

My fiance got her food 15 minutes after we ordered which was absolutely normal. My food didn’t come out for another 25 minutes. We addressed the issue 5 minutes into me not getting my food to a waitress that wasn’t even waiting our table. My food finally came out 25 minutes later and they made us pay for it.
