Food is delicious. Had the chilaquiles verdes with eggs and beef fajita. I enjoyed the taste of the sauce, not too spicy and not too heavy. It a softer sauce with a good taste. The beef fajita pieces were cooked well and paired with the food well. I ordered mozzarella cheese instead of the cheese it comes with and it came out great. The gentleman upfront took our order and made it a good experience. Restrooms were clean and the restaurant as well. It looks like the owner takes pride in his establishment. I’ll be coming back.

Disappointing…that’s the best word to describe this place. Here’s why, while the food is good and tastes well made. The dissapointment starts with having to order at the counter but paying full service price, not to mention that they have the audacity to ask for a tip upon ordering, even though everything is self serve and self clean. Then, when you get your food, it gets worse, the portions make you feel like you’re on a diet and do not match the price. We paid almost $40 dollars for two breakfast plates that included 4 tacos covered in beans with 2 cups of coffee. I asked for wifi, No wifi, and the atmosphere is plagued with songs played at Olive Garden….super strange. It feels awkward to eat tacos to classic American rock tunes playing, rather than classic Mexican songs that go along with the food. Good location and decent food but it feels like the owner forgot to create a cohesive dining experience and just feels like overpriced Mexican food. If the service, experience, portion sizes and/or atmosphere matched the price, it would be no problem. However, I left feeling Iike I should have gone to La Michoacána and paid half the price for similar food and better experience. I will be back again in a year to see if this place is still open and will update my review accordingly to see if they made any changes to their service. Follow me for more.

I walked here today for lunch while I was waiting for my car to get serviced down the street (about a 10min walk from discount tire) and was met with a clean, festive, quaint space. I believe the owner was working the register and helped me with my questions. I got a fajita beef quesadilla and a tinga (seasoned chicken) flauta—both delicious. Service was friendly and quick and I left feeling a bit better, following my not-so-great morning. I will be back!

Parking is average about 20 cars or slightly more. Breakfast is good, but school traffic may get in the way. It’s a great Mexican restaurant, they serve margaritas. I had the Chilaquiles red and green salsa with egg and fajita, plus the trimmings. I wasn’t that hungry and I ate it all. The chips are crunchy, hold the sauce well. Fajita is tender. The staff is friendly. I will visit again.

On our way back home after visiting a client, we came across. Inside, it was clean and inviting. My wife had the mole enchiladas, and I went with three Oaxacan tamales. We were both happy with our meals — the green salsa was especially tasty. The restrooms were also very clean, which is always a good sign. We’re definitely coming back to try their delicious-looking breakfasts and the menudo.
Really, the only downside is that you have to get up and order your food. Not a full service restaurant in that aspect.

This place has the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had in my life. I first came across them at the the coffee shop Coffee Trend but they stopped getting the sausage breakfast tacos because they weren’t selling. Well I like them so much that I had to go find the restaurant myself so I can be able to get my fix. The salsa that they serve with it is phenomenal. I come here just about every Friday when I’m off and get tacos. I love this place. Staff is always top tier in their service and everything is cooked fresh, and even then there’s not much of a wait.

We had brunch on Christmas Eve at Don Pepe, and it was great! The chilaquiles were outstanding, as were the gringa and the enchiladas verdes.
