The waiter stole $50 from me. I tried to pay with a visa gift card and she returned the card to me and said it did not work so I paid another way only to realize that she had scratched the numbers off the card so I could not call or verify the gift card balance. This is utterly disgraceful and I would never go to this place.
Update: after receiving the owners response to my review I went up to the location with the gift card multiple times to see if they would really make it right. I never saw a manager because he was never there and I left my number on 2 separate occasions and asked them to have the manager call me and I never got a phone call.

We both asked for margaritas, waiter asked if we wanted sm or LG asked for 2 sm and asked to have a specific tequila in it, he went to the back of the bar to where we couldn’t watch him make them. Brought them out very watery tasting. Food was horrible got our check charged us $50 for 2 sm margaritas, crazy I won’t be back ever

We gauge our Mexican restaurants on three basics; the salsa, the margaritas and the nachos. The salsa is clearly homemade and very tasty. The Margaritas were also tasty. The nachos were not as good as the could be. No sliced jalapeños? You have to be kidding me. That is a must in a Mexican restaurant. The parking lot needs work as we had to search for a non puddle area to park on. I had the giant burrito on special and it was excellent. We had a neigh and family get together and everyone loved the food

The margaritas were delicious and so were the shots…a house recipe with spices on the rim.

This is our neighborhood Mexican restaurant
We could walk here! Previous owner went over the top for service to locals! We have been here probably 7. -10 times last 4 times we notice our frozen margs had zero alcohol taste ! It was margarita nite so we asked they said maybe someone forgot to put tequila in the frozen mix then this time we noticed it again ! Tasted like a lime slurpy from 7-11 so asked our server Amanda who is btw amazing but when you have two times in and the margaritas taste like zero alcohol & you are paying $9 a pop & have no alcohol why would you come back ! Amanda tried to help brought us a shot to mix in but WHY
Why was in not in the frozen mix so when you are paying $9 a drink should you have zero tequila in it? We are done and will move on it’s a shame! Rip offs don’t get repeat customers! It’s our local restaurant ! Why rip us off??? We just won’t come back!!! I don’t get it! You will lose many more customers! Good luck if you want a margarita & get a lime slushy!

Our server was very nice. The food was ok. My husband enjoyed his burrito but he said it definitely needed all the toppings to taste good. My chimichanga was dry but the beef was seasoned nice. The rice was dry and a little bland. My taco was just a tortilla with chicken. The chicken was dry and it needed some toppings bad. I added the beans, some rice, and some of the salsa from the table and then it was pretty good. We only got checked on once even though we were one of 3 parties. It was so late after receiving our meals we ate them and needed the check by the time they came around. Would have most likely ordered some sides and sauces if they had come around before. We both finished our meals and were satisfied. I have ordered door dash previous to dining in and received much better results! The dining room was clean with all new furniture. Nice sized bar for margarita nights. (Not on Sunday’s) It was seat yourself.

My wife and I decided to try this place after hearing the crew from the Elyria Mexican place opened this one. Our server Amanda was very fast and attentive! The food was fantastic!! The Chimichanga Loca with Fajita toppings was delicious! Glad Grafton has a good Mexican spot locally!
