Went for dinner today to try out their dinner specials, which I highly recommend. I decided on the Especial Don Julio’s Fajitas with pork, chorizo, shrimp, chicken, and steak the portion and variety were amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I’ve been to many top-notch restaurants, and honestly these fajitas hold their own—really impressive.
My fiancé ordered the quesabirrias, and they were outstanding—perfectly cheesy with plenty of flavorful birria. They came with rice, beans, and a side salad, making it a complete and satisfying meal. The flavor was so good you’ll find yourself licking your fingers.
My daughters chose the choripollo, and they absolutely loved it. It had fantastic taste and was cooked just right.
Another great thing about this place is the value. The prices are very reasonable compared to many other restaurants, especially considering the quality and portion sizes.
Overall, it was a great dining experience with delicious food, generous portions, and excellent value. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to

Hola! Went for lunch . This was a different Mexican place last year that closed for some reason. This one is better! Had the veggie fajita. Came out quickly and smoking hot. Quicky realized this could be for 2 people easily. Great service and upgraded decor

We went in with a group of 11 on Saturday for dinner. Got sat right away. Server was awesome…I should have got his name. He was on top of it and had a great sense of humor. We also had two others that stopped by through out the night to check in on us. Overall the service was great! Food came out quick. Was very good. Everything came out perfect. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Love this newer place. You can’t go wrong ordering here, since everything is great on the menu. The fact that it is so close to where I live is a bonus on top. Parking is abundant, nothing to stop you from pulling im amd having a delicious meal and then leave. Hope this place stays in business for a very long time

I have been at my wits end trying to find a good tamale without having to drive into Indy. Don Julio’s has the answer. It is served dry, still in the husk unlike all the other Hendricks County Mexican restaurants who smoother it in red sauce and served “dried out” straight from the oven. The masa was moist, yet firm. The pulled chili pork filling had the perfect amount of heat and rich in flavor. Outside of the tamales, their shredded beef is really good compared to other establishments. The service is impeccable and quick as well. This is our new “go to” Mexican restaurant!

This place opened in a cursed corner. Every food place shuts down and every place that’s been here gave low quality foods which ultimately made them shut down. Why? I have no idea but this is the 5th place since I have lived here.

Was a very colorful place and the service was good until we got the bill. I was double charged for my food and my guest had to pay for hers off the children’s menu but they tried to charge her for her drink which comes with the meal and my food wasn’t hot but it was fast. All in all just another Mexican place that lacks flavor and the language barrier could use some help. Just check your bill before you pay it!
