I love this place! Definitely my number one spot for Mexican food in Florence. Everyone on staff is so quick and friendly. Two of the servers that we get pretty often are Janet and David and they are absolute rock stars. So nice and attentive to the table and fast! The food is great but the staff is definitely the reason we keep coming back. I love the burrito Durango! Plus the lunch menu is so affordable! Where else can a big guy like me go and get completely full for just 8 bucks any more? Love Don Jose!

Also, today I was super impressed when one of the young men who works here saw my mother, who is handicapped, coming out of the car and up to the door and he went out of his way to make sure the door was nice and open for her and he waited for us to get to the door, even in the rain. Little things like that are what make all the difference, in my opinion.

I got take out and went to the drive-thru and I didn’t get any acknowledged at all until like 10 mins!! I saw of lots people busy Running around!! When I finally got home with food…very disappointing!!! My salmon was burnt and dry!!! Vegetables meat, very little rice!!! There was a small amount of spauce on the salmon. The flan, was plain with a brown topping awful tasting!! Very little camel sauce and no cool whip or cherry!!! It was great!! the first time eating there, dining in! I don’t plan to return there!!!

We go pretty often. It’s a nice clean place. That’s good for dinner for two or four groups. Their Carnitas are probably the best in town. I get the Carnitas San Jose about every time I go. I also like the chimichangas. They will add chorizo to them, but it’s a little pricey.

No stars, me and my children came and sat down three tables came after us got service before us. I ask a waitress that help the table after us where’s our waitress she said with an attitude I don’t know and walked off fast instead of saying let me find out. This is beyond awful. We left and heading to another Mexican restaurant here in Florence. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I ask for manager we waited for so long and no manager came to speak with me. Horrible service hose Louis did not come out to speak with me at all. Horrible service. On our way to Mi Tierra San Jose!!

Was in town for work and coworkers told us to try it out. Highly impressed and it lived up to their hype. Waiter was awesome, we placed our order, he read is back to us and wrote it down while repeating it in Spanish. They were gracious enough to swap out the rice, beans and tortillas for extra veggies since I’m on Keto. The flavors of this place were absolutely AMAZING. 10/10 would and will definitely go back.

First time visiting this location, and my first Mexican restaurant since I’ve moved to the area. It was absolutely amazing. Eddie at the front desk has been the kindest man we have met since moving to the area. We have lived her for a bit of time now, and this is my family’s favorite place to be.
