It was ok. Service was kind of slow especially when paying. Salsa was good but chips a bit stale. Enchiladas were ok. Lack flavor. Salad was good. Bathroom was ok but like a broom closet.

First and only time eating here. The service was good but the restaurant was dirty. There are roaches in the bathroom and on the walls. I looked for their health rating but did not see it. I left shortly after seeing the roaches so I can not say if the food was good. The salsa was though. Pictures of what I saw attached.

Hole in the wall type place, we almost didn’t go in…guess it’s a local secret. Typical Mexican food done well. We Were just passing through town and hungry. They had a banner stating that they won” best of” 2023, so we gambled. Had the speedy lunch which ran until 3, we arrived at 2. The pork burrito was absolutely delicious. Simmered long and slow, so tender. The local police were also eating there so I imagine they should know what’s good, lol.

We had our Mothers Day dinner here after a visit to Little River Canyon Falls. We had a group of seven which included 3 adults and four children. We were seated at a nice table with plenty of space and several staff members took care of us. The food was delivered hot and quickly. They continually ensured we had what we needed. Everyone enjoyed the meal they ordered. I had the taco salad with shredded chicken. It was great and I loved that the meal came with rice. I usually have to order it separately at other places. I would definitely eat here again when in Fort Payne, AL.

Not much extra floor space when you come in and go out but excellent food, great service and all round excellent experience! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Jalisco Burrito while I got the Number 8 from the Dinner menu with a side of fried jalapeños. Very good!

Food was delicious…closest we’ve had to authentic in a while. Fajitas were fantastic and the enchiladas were amazing. The enchilada sauce is a must try.

Staff is awesome!! Their food is amazing and amazingly priced. I go in and they know exactly what I want, and they get it to me quick! The place is small, but I’ve always heard great things come from small packages. Very well worth it!!

Not good! We are visiting the area and decided to give this restaurant a shot. Food was nearly inedible. My chicken breast tasted like it was microwaved and the salsa and cheese dip tasted like it was watered down.

I had the burrito, rice n beans. The burrito tasted like plain, bland hamburger inside of a soggy tortilla. The rice was ‘ehh’, boring. Beans were luke warm. My girlfriend had the chicken with cheese and salad. The chicken was overcooked, but seasoned well.

The Don always does it right. Fantastic place to come down from CRV. Don’t forget to ask for the house hot sauce. Keep it up Don, we’re all appreciative of your food after a day of rock climbing.
