There is absolutely no way this amount of food should justify the price. Nearly $30 for a 5 piece where 2 of them nearly have absolutely no meat on them!!! Use to enjoy coming here but that will change from now on if this is what’s expected from this place now.

I had stopped going there because got an under cooked chicken one time. Decided to give it another try and chicken was super burned and dry even after waiting 20 minutes for “fresh” chicken. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. They gave us the wrong type of tortillas and burger was also dry. Only thing right on my order was my drink surprisingly. $45 dollars down the drain.

This may be the last time I go to this location. I ordered the 3 piece combo, with an extra breast piece. When the order was handed to me, I opened the box and found two wings and a leg. I showed it to the clerk, and he replaced one of the wings with a thigh. Still no breasts. This is not the first time this has happened, and the last time, a female clerk got pissed.

This place is fantastic. I’ve eaten here twice since moving to El Paso and they never disappoint. I always get the sirloin bowl (it has sooo much meat in this bowl,last at least 2 days)
My family LOVES the chicken and sides – night recommend. Personally it has replaced chipotle for sure! I’ll update my review once I go back and get another bowl to show you the quality of the food.

Really good food, a bit pricey for chicken but worth it. I love the layout of the restaurant the tables are spread apart and during this heat, it’s nice a cool inside.
The order of fajitas is big enough to share, just buy extra sides . If you have a big appetite then don’t share.

Ordered my food online, gave a grace period of 15 minutes before I headed over in case it takes a little longer, now here I am waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes?!?! This happened to me the last time I was here over maybe a year ago, but I decided to give it another chance. NEVER AGAIN.

My last four visits at the Zaragoza store were awful. Ordered through the app, checked my order at the store, get home and discovered that my rice was so cold, that there was literally ice in the rice. The next two orders, the food wasn’t SEASONED at all. Order number four, no rice, no baked potatoes at 1700 hours, then get home only to realize that our chicken was burnt to a crisp and the macaroni salad was so bad that we couldn’t eat it. My favorite place for a good meal is no more. If management reads this, please get this store back up to par

We have passed this eatery for years thinking it was “just another taco joint”, but we were wrong! We dropped in and ordered a couple plates. First thing we noticed was that the music was enjoyable. Upbeat, familiar tunes we recognized. Not the usual blaring flamenco guitar that starts to drive you crazy halfway through your meal. The decor is modern and spacious. The entrees were brought to our table by a smiling courteous server. The meal was delicious, and big portions as well. I had never had a square tortilla before so it was fun trying to figure out the best way to load the food into it. I chose diagonal. After our meal we were thanked for coming on our way out. We will definitely be going back again as the prices were very reasonable.
